Abstract
Permasalahan yang terjadi pada usaha Mie Padeh Lasuah yaitu penggunaan social media marketing Instagram yang tidak maksimal, sehingga menyebabkan penurunan penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang social media marketing Instagram pada Mie Padeh Lasuah, untuk mengidentifikasi penggunaan social media marketing Instagram pada Mie Padeh Lasuah. Untuk mengetahui formulasi social media marketing Instagram baru untuk Mie Padeh Lasuah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mie Padeh Lasuah telah menerapkan unsur-unsur keberhasilan social media marketing baik itu Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, dan Community Building. Namun penggunaan social media marketing ini dinilai kurang optimal karena terjadi penurunan penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi social media marketing Instagram pada Mie Padeh Lasuah, didapatkan formulasi baru tentang penggunaan social media marketing Instagram yang dapat diterapkan pada Mie Padeh Lasuah. The issue that had occurred in the Mie Padeh Lasuah business was the suboptimal used of Instagram social media marketing, leading to a decline in sales. The purpose of this researched was to understand the overview of Instagram social media marketing at Mie Padeh Lasuah, to identified the usage of Instagram social media marketing at Mie Padeh Lasuah, and to formulate a new Instagram social media marketing strategy for Mie Padeh Lasuah. This research was of a qualitative descriptive nature, and data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature review. The research results indicated that Mie Padeh Lasuah had implemented the elements of successful social media marketing, including content creation, content sharing, connecting, and community building. However, the used of social media marketing was considered suboptimal due to a decrease in sales. Based on the identification of Instagram social media marketing at Mie Padeh Lasuah, a new formulation for the used of Instagram social media marketing that could been applied to Mie Padeh Lasuah had been obtained.
