Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dengan pendekatan success story terhadap motivasi berwirausaha dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Lulusan SMK menjadi penyumbang angka pengangguran cukup tinggi berdasarkan lulusan di Cianjur. orientasi peserta didik setelah lulus adalah bekerja sedikit yang memilih berwirausaha, hal itu melatarbelakangi pemilihan subjek penelitian. Metode penelitian merupakan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik SMKN 1 Cipanas jurusan BDP yang terbagi ke dalam dua kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen yaitu XI BDP 2 dan kontrol yaitu XI BDP 1. Pada kelas XI BDP 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen diperoleh skor pretest motivasi berwirausaha dengan rata-rata lebih rendah dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Lalu setelah pemberian treatment diberikan kembali soal posttest pada kelas XI BDP 2 diperoleh rata-rata lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan motivasi berwirausaha peserta didik menggunakan pendekatan success story pada mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan.

The study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of entrepreneurship education with a success story approach to entrepreneurial motivation and to find out how much influence. SMK graduates are a contributor to the high unemployment rate based on graduates in Cianjur. The orientation of students after graduation is to work a little who choose entrepreneurship, it is the background of the selection of research subjects. The research method quantitative with a type of pseudo-experimental research. The population in the study were students of SMKN 1 Cipanas majoring in BDP which is divided into two classes, namely the experimental class, XI BDP 2 and control, XI BDP 1. In class XI BDP 2 as the experimental class obtained pretest score of entrepreneurial motivation with an average lower than the control class. Then after the treatment is given back posttest questions in class XI BDP 2 obtained a higher average than the control class. So based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are differences in entrepreneurial motivation of students using the success story approach in creative product and entrepreneurship subjects.
