Abstract
Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis reputasi perusahaan berdasarkan analisis
framing yang menunjukkan bagaimana sintaksis, skrip, tematik, dan retoris
distrukturkan, serta reaksi masyarakat terhadap pemberitaan di media online
tentang Bandara Kertajati BIJB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif
deskriptif dan triangulasi sumber untuk pengabsahan data. Untuk menganalisis
data, peneliti menggunakan model Pan & Gerald. Hasil penelitian membuktikan
menyimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan oleh PT Bandara Kertajati BIJB
memperbaiki citra dan reputasi perusahaan yang terancam dimata publik yaitu
dengan menggunakan strategi evasion of responsibility (accident). Struktur
sintaksis berita di Kompas.com dan Radarcirebon.com menekankan informasi
yang menunjukkan dukungan media terhadap PT Bandara Kertajati BIJB. Struktur
skrip menekankan elemen how, what, when, where, why, dan who. Struktur
tematik menekankan pesan atau fakta yang muncul dengan tokoh. Struktur retoris,
yang menggunakan gambar dan ucapan langsung dari tokoh sebagai elemen
penting dalam pembuatan berita yang dapat dipercaya. Diketahui bahwa
tanggapan publik terhadap pemberitaan sebagian besar negatif, terutama dari situs
YouTube Kompas TV.

Determine and analyze corporate reputation using framing analysis, how the
syntactic, script, thematic, and rhetorical structure is, and how the public reacts
to news about Kertajati BIJB Airport in online media. The descriptive qualitative
research method was applied. The researcher employed source triangulation to
validate the data in this study. The Pan and Gerald model method was utilized to
analyze the data in this study. The research findings support the conclusion that
the approach implemented by PT Airport Kertajati BIJB improves the image and
reputation of enterprises that are under threat in the public eye, namely by
employing an evasion of responsibility (accident) method. The grammatical
structure, as well as the headlines on Kompas.com and Radarcirebon.com, stress
facts demonstrating the media's support for PT Airport Kertajati BIJB. Structure
of the script, with focus on the elements of how, what, and who. Thematic
structure, emphasizing messages or facts presented by the characters. The
rhetorical structure, which includes images and direct quotes from the characters,
is essential for creating trustworthy news. It is well known that the public's
reaction to news is unfavorable, with negative replies dominating the Kompas TV
YouTube page.
