Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan orang tua dengan motivasi latihan atlet bola voli di Klub Alko Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei dan teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan total sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada atlet Junior di Klub Alko Bandung dengan menggunakan sample sebanyak 30 atlet. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuisioner dukungan orang tua dan motivasi latihan atlet. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian korelasional ini adalah korelasi product moment. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan orang tua dengan motivasi latihan atlet bola voli di Klub Alko Bandung Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan orang tua dengan motivasi Latihan atlet bola voli di Klub Alko Bandung.
Kata kunci : dukungan orang tua, motivasi latihan atlet bola voli.

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARENTS SUPPORT WITH TRAINING MOTIVATION OF ALKO BANDUNG VOLLEYBALL ATHLETETS

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parental support and the training motivation of volleyball athletes at the Bandung Alko Club. This study used a quantitative descriptive method using a survey and the sampling technique used total sampling. This research was conducted on junior athletes at the Bandung Alko Club using a sample of 30 athletes. Data collection used a questionnaire instrument on parental support and athlete training motivation. The data analysis technique used to answer this correlational research problem is product moment correlation. The results of the correlation test showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between parental support and the training motivation of volleyball athletes at Alko Bandung Club. The conclusion from this study was that there was a very significant positive relationship between parental support and motivation to practice volleyball athletes at Alko Bandung Club.
