Abstract
Siswa SMK dituntut untuk mempersiapkan dirinya bekerja di bidang yang diminatinya kelak, oleh karena itu untuk membekali siswa pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman, sekolah menerapkan pembelajaran teachng factory. Teachng factory merupakan model pembelajaran di SMK yang membawa suasana bekerja di industri ke dalam lingkungan sekolah dengan tujuan untuk mempersiapkan lulusan SMK yang memiliki kompetensi yang baik, dapat bersaing di dunia kerja, dan memiliki kesiapan kerja. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) mengetahui tingkat pelaksanaan teachng factory siswa, (2) kesiapan kerja siswa, (3) pengaruh teachng factory terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian di SMKN PP Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel siswa kelas XII program keahlian APHP yang melaksanakan teachng factory di SMKN PP Lembang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling kuota sebanyak 40 orang siswa kelas XII Program APHP SMKN PP Lembang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kecenderungan, analisis regresi sederhana, uji signifikansi dan hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data dihasilkan: (1) pelaksanaan teachng factory siswa termasuk kategori “baik”, (2) kesiapan kerja siswa berada pada kategori “cukup baik”, (3) adanya pengaruh pelaksanaan teachng factory terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian sebesar 50,1 % dan termasuk dalam kategori “kuat”, hal ini menandakan bahwa terdapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel teachng factory (X) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa program keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian di SMKN PP Lembang (Y). Vocational students are required to prepare themselves to work in the fields they are interested in later, therefore to equip students with knowledge, skills and experience, schools apply teachng factory learning. Teachng factory is a learning model in vocational schools that brings an atmosphere of working in the industry into the school environment with the aim of preparing vocational schools graduates who have good competence, can compete in the world of work, and have work readiness. The aims of this study were to find out: (1) find out the level of students teachng factory implementation, (2) student work readiness, (3) the effect of teachng factory on student work readiness in the Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness expertise program at SMKN PP Lembang, this study used a quantitative descriptive research method with a sample off class XII APHP expertise Program who carried out teachng factory at SMKN PP Lembang. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used quota sampling of 40 students of class XII APHP Program at SMKN PP Lembang. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, trend test, simple regression analysis, significance and hypothesis testing. Based on data analysis. The following result: (1) the implementation of the teachng factory of students is included in the “good” category, (2) the work readiness of students is in the “pretty good” category, (3) there is an influence of the implementation of teachng factory on the work readiness of students in the Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness expertise program by 50,1% and included in the “strong” category, this indicates that there is a positive and significant effect between the teachng factory variable (X) on the work readiness off students in the Agricultural Product Processing Agribusiness expertise program at SMKN PP Lembang (Y).
