    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengkaji peran integral pendidikan pariwisata dalam membentuk sumber daya manusia berkualitas di indutri pariwisata global yang terus berkembang di era digital. Penelitian menggunakan metode Classroom Action Research atau Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) dan Framework kolaborasi dari UNESCO ICT-CFT dan European DigCom dengan partisipan dan sampel dari Guru dan Siswa di Sekolah menengah yang ada Tangerang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi guru signifikan dalam Upaya meningkatkan minat belajar yang berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa serta membantu dalam membuka wawasan siswa tentang peluang dan tantangan teknologi dalam pengembangan pariwisata. Teori konektivisme dan konstruktivisme memiliki implikasi penting dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di penelitian ini. Penerapan literasi TIK guru memerlukan dukungan adri pihak-pihak terkait baik dari segi organisasi maupun administrasi. Simpulan menunjukkan pentingnya adaptasi penggunaan media TIK dalam membantu kinerja guru serta peningkatan hasil belajar siwa.

    This research examines the integral role of tourism education in forming quality human resources in the global tourism industry which continues to develop in the digital era. The research used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method and a collaborative framework from UNESCO ICT-CFT and European DigCom with participants and samples from teachers and students in secondary schools in Tangerang. The results of the research show that the increase in teacher literacy is significant in efforts to increase interest in learning which has an impact on student learning outcomes and helps in opening students' insight into the opportunities and challenges of technology in tourism development. Connectivism and constructivism theories have important implications in improving student learning outcomes in this research. The implementation of teacher ICT literacy requires support from related parties both from an organizational and administrative perspective. The conclusions show the importance of adapting the use of ICT media in helping teacher performance and improving student learning outcomes.
