Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah pada masa Post Pandemic
Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 15 Bandung”. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu ditemukan
adanya hambatan dan tantangan dalam penyesuaian cara kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah
atas perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di masa Post Pandemic Covid-19. Tujuan dari
penelitian ini yaitu : 1) Terdeskripsikannya pelaksanaan aspek-aspek kepemimpinan
Kepala Sekolah pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19 berkaitan dengan aspek Perilaku
Keseharian, Pendelegasian Tugas, Pengembangan Sekolah dan Penghargaan, 2)
Terangkumnya hambatan dan tantangan pada saat mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan
Kepala Sekolah pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19, 3) Teranalisisnya kepemimpinan
Kepala Sekolah pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19 di SMP Negeri 15 Bandung. Metode
penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan
pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa Kepala Sekolah telah
menerapkan perilaku keseharian yang baik di saat memimpin sekolah pada masa Post
Pandemic Covid-19. Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan pendelegasian tugas dengan baik
pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19. Kepala Sekolah telah melaksanakan pengembangan
sekolah dengan baik pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19. Kepala Sekolah telah
melaksanakan pemberian penghargaan kepada Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan dengan
baik pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19. Kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat atau Daerah
mempengaruhi layanan sekolah pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19. Guru dan Tenaga
Kependidikan bersikap menerima akan adanya perubahan pada masa Post Pandemic
Covid-19. Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan sudah berada dalam kondisi yang siap untuk
menghadapi masa Post Pandemic Covid-19. Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan sudah mampu
mengoperasikan teknologi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembelajaran atau birokrasi di
sekolah pada masa Post Pandemic Covid-19 ini.

This research is entitled "Analysis of Principal Leadership during the Post Pandemic
Covid-19 period at SMP Negeri 15 Bandung". The background of this research is that there
are obstacles and challenges in adjusting the leadership method of the Principal for the
changes that occurred during the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period. The objectives of this
research are: 1) to describe the implementation of aspects of the principal's leadership
during the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period relating to aspects of daily behavior, task
delegation, school development and rewards, 2) to summarize the obstacles and challenges
when implementing the principal's leadership in during the Post Pandemic Covid-19
period, 3) Analysis of the leadership of the Principal during the Post Pandemic Covid-19
period at SMP Negeri 15 Bandung. The research method used is descriptive research
method using a qualitative approach. The results of the study found that the Principal had
implemented good daily behavior while leading the school during the Post Pandemic
Covid-19 period. The Principal had carried out the delegation of duties properly during
the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period. The Principal has carried out school development
well during the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period. The Principal has carried out the
awarding of Teachers and Education Personnel properly during the Post Pandemic Covid-
19 period. Central or Regional Government policies affect school services during the Post
Pandemic Covid-19 period. Teachers and Education Personnel are accepting of changes
during the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period. Teachers and Education Personnel are in a
state of readiness to face the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period. Teachers and Education
Personnel have been able to operate the technology needed in the learning process or
bureaucracy in schools during the Post Pandemic Covid-19 period.
