    Abstract

    Kinerja keuangan dari suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat melalui hasil analisis laporan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas analisis kinerja keuangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelemahan dan kekuatan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan sehingga perusahaan tersebut dapat menentukan kebijakan untuk periode berikutnya guna mendapatkan kinerja keuangan yang optimal. Pendekatan goal programming digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah analisis kinerja keuangan dengan mengkonversi model multiobjektif menjadi model goal programming yang kemudian model tersebut diselesaikan dengan Metode Simpleks yang Dimodifikasi. Hasil implementasi model goal programming menunjukkan bahwa semua tujuan tercapai, artinya PT. Unilever, Tbk. memiliki kinerja keuangan yang baik. Dari lima tujuan, terdapat empat tujuan dapat diubah untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.
    The financial performance of a company can be seen through the analysis of the company's financial statements. This study discusses financial performance analysis which aims to determine the weaknesses and strengths of the company's finances so that the company can determine policies for the next period in order to obtain optimal financial performance. A goal programming approach is used to solve financial performance analysis problems by converting the multi-objective model into a goal programming model which is then solved using the Modified Simplex Method. The results show that all goals have been achieved, meaning that PT. Unilever, Tbk. have good financial performance. From the five objectives, there are four objectives that can be changed to improve financial performance.
