Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Pembentukan Budaya Organisasi di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana Kepemimpinan Transformasional mempengaruhi Pembentukan Budaya Organisasi dalam proses Transformasi Organisasi Di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan angket atau kuesioner yang diisi oleh 75 responden. Hasil analisis menggunakan Weight Means Score (WMS) dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS 29.0 for Windows menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dinilai baik dengan rata-rata skor 2,65 sedangkan budaya organisasi dinilai baik dengan rata-rata skor 2,84. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara variabel X (Kepemimpinan Transformasional) dan Y ( Pembentukan Budaya Organisasi), didapatkan nilai 0,781 yang termasuk dalam kategori tingkat hubungan kuat. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh atau korelasi yang kuat antara kedua variabel tersebut. Hasil uji determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel X mempengaruhi 61,10 % dari variabel Y, sementara 38,90 % sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Selanjutnya, hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan nilai 10,699 > 1,993 yang berarti koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y signifikan. Dalam analisis regresi, diperoleh persamaan Y ̂="11,216 +0,776 X" , berarti setiap peningkatan pada variabel X akan diikuti oleh peningkatan nilai budaya organisasi variabel Y sebesar 0,776. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Pembentukan Budaya Organisasi di Balai Besar Guru Penggerak Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Pembentukan Budaya Organisasi ABSTRACT This research is entitled "The Influence of Transformational Leadership on the Formation of Organizational Culture in Organizational Transformation at the Center for Driving Teachers of West Java Province". This study aims to identify the extent to which Transformational Leadership influences the Formation of Organizational Culture in the process of Organizational Transformation at the Center for Driving Teachers of West Java Province. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through the use of questionnaires filled out by 75 respondents. The results of the analysis using Weight Means Score (WMS) using Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS 29.0 for Windows showed that transformational leadership was rated good with an average score of 2.65 while organizational culture was rated good with an average score of 2.84. Based on the results of the correlation test between variables X (Transformational Leadership) and Y (Organizational Culture Formation), a value of 0.781 was obtained which was included in the category of strong relationship level. This shows a strong influence or correlation between the two variables. The results of the determination test showed that variable X affected 61.10% of variable Y, while the remaining 38.90% was influenced by other factors. Furthermore, the significance test results show values of 10.699 > 1.993 which means the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y is significant. In regression analysis, the equation Y ̂="11,216 +0,776 X" , is obtained, meaning that each increase in variable X will be followed by an increase in the organizational culture value of variable Y by 0.776. In conclusion, this study found that there is a positive and significant influence between Transformational Leadership on the Formation of Organizational Culture in Organizational Transformation at the West Java Provincial Driving Master Center.
