Abstract
Latar belakang penelitian ini berawal dari penemuan sebuah fenomena di salah satu bidang yang menunjukkan beban kerja berlebih sehingga menyebabkan pegawai bekerja melebihi batas waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data yang disebarkan kepada 55 orang pegawai sebagai sampel. Untuk menganalisis perhitungan dilakukan dengan rumus korelasional dan dibantu oleh program Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 26.0 for windows dan program Microsoft Office Excel. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan teknik perhitungan Weight Means Score (WMS), beban kerja dan kinerja pegawai di BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat berada dalam kategori sangat baik dengan masing-masing mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,02 dan 3,04. Hasil dari uji koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel mendapatkan hasil positif dengan hubungan yang cukup berpengaruh antar variabel. Kemudian hasil uji signifikansi memperoleh hasil yang signifikan. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi, disimpulkan bahwa Beban Kerja memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai sebesar 32,1%. Dan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi menunjukkan persamaan 21,674 + 0,567 yang berarti ketika beban kerja berubah 1% maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat sebanyak 0,567. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. The background of this research stems from the discovery of a phenomenon in one of the sections that shows excessive workload, causing employees to work beyond the specified time limit. The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence workload to employee performance at BKKBN West Java Province. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and descriptive method. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique distributed to 55 employees as a sample. To analyze the calculations, the correlation formula was used and assisted by the Statistical Product for Service Solutions (SPSS) 26.0 for windows program and the Microsoft Office Excel program. Based on the results of the calculation of general trends with the Weight Means Score (WMS) calculation technique, workload and employee performance at the BKKBN of West Java Province are in the very good category with an average value of 3.02 and 3.04 respectively. The results of the correlation coefficient test between the two variables obtained positive results with a fairly influential relationship between variables. Then the significance test results obtained significant results. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it is concluded that Workload has an influence to Employee Performance by 32.1%. And based on the results of the regression test, the equation shows 21.674 + 0.567, which means that when the workload changes by 1%, employee performance will increase by 0.567. It can be concluded that workload has an influence to employee performance at BKKBN West Java Province.
