Abstract

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang sama sebagai warga negara. Berdasarkan UUD 1945 pasal 31 ayat 1 dan undang-undang nomor 20 tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dapat disimpulkan bahwa negara memberikan jaminan penuh kepada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus untuk memperoleh layanan pendidikan yang bermutu. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah banyaknya ABK sekitar 1,6 juta siswa di Indonesia, hanya 18% yang sudah mendapatkan layanan pendidikan inklusi. Siswa disleksia fonologi dan diskalkulia sering dianggap “bodoh” padahal mereka memiliki kemampuan membaca dan berhitung yang sama jika diajarkan dengan cara yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui masalah pembelajaran yang dialami oleh anak penderita disleksia fonologi dan diskalkulia kemudian mengembangkan bahan ajar digital yang dibutuhkan oleh anak penderita disleksia fonologi dan diskalkulia serta melakukan validasi bahan ajar digital tersebut. Alasan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah dalam mendistribusikan bahan ajar kepada anak penderita disleksia fonologi dan diskalkulia. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan bahan ajar ini menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development) dan model ADDIE. Temuan dari penelitian ini sebuah bahan ajar digital yang berisikan modul ajar, materi pembelajaran, serta latihan yang dirancang interaktif. Diharapkan bahan ajar digital ini dapat membantu permasalahan dalam pembelajaran penderita disleksia fonologi dan diskalkukulia yang lebih efektif. ----- Children with Special Needs (ABK) have the same rights and obligations as citizens. Based on the 1945 Constitution article 31 paragraph 1 and law number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, it can be concluded that the state provides full guarantees for Children with Special Needs to obtain quality education services. The problem in this study is that there are around 1.6 million students with special needs in Indonesia, only 18% have received inclusive education services. Students with phonological dyslexia and dyscalculia are often considered "stupid" even though they have the same reading and arithmetic abilities if taught in the right way. The purpose of this study is to find out the learning problems experienced by children with phonological dyslexia and dyscalculia and then to develop digital teaching materials needed by children with phonological dyslexia and dyscalculia and to validate these digital teaching materials. The reason for this research was to make it easier to distribute teaching materials to children with phonological dyslexia and dyscalculia. The method used for the development of this teaching material uses the R&D (Research and Development) method and the ADDIE model. The findings from this study are a digital teaching material that contains teaching modules, learning materials, and interactively designed exercises. It is hoped that this digital teaching material can help learning problems in students with phonological dyslexia and dyscalculia more effectively.
