Abstract
Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian merupakan unit eselon di Pusat Survei Geologi, kinerja pegawai di Sub Bagian umum dan kepegawaian masih jauh dari yang diharapkan, padahal kinerja pegawai sangat penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei eksplanatori, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran angket kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang dari pegawai di Sub Bagian Umum dan Kepegawaian Pusat Survei Geologi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi, berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa keterlibatan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi, keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial dan simultan. Oleh karena itu kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Keterlibatan, Kepuasan, Kinerja The General and Personnel Sub Division is an echelon unit in Geological Survey Center, the performance of employees in the general and personnel Sub division is still far from what was expected, even though employee performance is very important in achieving organizazional goals. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work involvement and work satisfaction on employee performance. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, data collection technique used quesionnaires which are then analyzed using a likert scale. Respondents in this study are 32 employees in the General and Personnel Sub Division of the Geological Survey Center. The data analysis technique used is regression, based on this study the result show that work involvement, work satisfaction, and employee performance are in the high category, work involvement and work satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance in partially and simultaneously. Therefore employee performance can be improved through work involvement and work satisfaction. Keywords: Involvement, satisfaction, performance
