Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI ADMINISTRASI PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KOTA BANDUNG Oleh : Nabylla 1904990 Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh: Dr. Hady Siti Hadijah, S.Pd.,M.Si. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu kinerja pegawai administrasi yang belum maksimal. Permasalahan ini penting untuk diatasi karena menyangkut keberlangsungan tercapaianya tujuan organisasi. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai, salah satunya berkaitan dengan komitmen organisasi. Oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat komitmen organisasi pegawai administrasi, mengetahui tingkat kinerja pegawai administrasi, dan pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai administrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan PLS-SEM. Adapun data penelitian ini diperoleh dari seluruh pegawai administrasi di Dinas komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 32 orang. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa tingkat komitmen organisasi pegawai di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung berada pada katagori rendah sedangkan tingkat kinerja pegawai di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung berda pada katagori sedang. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Bandung. This research was conducted at Bandung Communication and Informatics Office. The problem that was being studied for this research is the performance of administrative employees that has not been maximized. It is important to overcome this problem because it involves the sustainability of achieving organizational goals. There are many factors that influence employee performance, one of which is related to organizational commitment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the level of organizational commitment, level of performance, and the influence of organizational commitment on administrative employees performance. The research method used for this study is quantitative descriptive with data analysis techniques using the descriptive analysis and PLS-SEM method. The research data were obtained from 32 administrative employees at Bandung Communication and Informatics Office. The results of data processing showed that the level of employee organizational commitment at Bandung Communication and Informatics Office is in the lower category while the performance level of employees is in the medium category. The results of hypothesis testing showed that there is no effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at Bandung Communication and Informatics Office.
