Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya keterbatasan media pembelajaran seni musik di sekolah dasar, khususnya untuk mengenalkan bentuk dan bunyi alat musik kepada siswa. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media untuk pembelajaran mengenal bentuk dan membedakan bunyi alat musik di kelas V sekolah dasar. Desain pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan metode Design Based Research (DBR) dengan model Reeves yang terdiri dari 4 (empat) tahap, yaitu analisis, perancangan, uji kelayakan, dan implementasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, validasi, angket, dan tes. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa kondisi media pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah kurang sesuai dengan tujuan dan materi pembelajaran, serta masih terbatasnya alat musik di sekolah untuk dikenalkan secara langsung kepada siswa. Maka dari itu, dirancang video mengenal bentuk dan bunyi alat musik berbasis media sosial untuk siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Hasil uji kelayakan oleh ketiga ahli terhadap media yang dikembangkan memperoleh kategori sangat baik dengan masing-masing persentase sebesar 91,62% dari ahli materi, 94,79% dari ahli media, dan 90% dari ahli pembelajaran. Dari hasil implementasi media di sekolah, siswa sudah memahami bunyi alat musik dengan nilai rata-rata pada uji coba 1 sebesar 76,61 dan pada uji coba 2 sebesar 66,61. Kemudian, minat belajar siswa pada uji coba 1 berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase 69,6% dan tinggi dengan persentase 30,4%. Pada uji coba 2, minat belajar siswa berada pada kriteria sangat tinggi dengan persentase 47,8% dan tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 52,2%. This research was discontinued due to the presence of limited media for learning music arts in primary schools, in particular to introduce the form and sound of musical instruments to students. Therefore, the study aims to develop media for learning to recognize the shape and distinguish the sound of musical instruments in elementary school class V. Design of learning media development using the Design Based Research (DBR) method with the Reeves model consisting of four stages, namely analysis, planning, qualifying testing, and implementation. Data is collected through interviews, observations, documentation, validation, lifting, and tests. The results showed that the conditions of the learning media used in schools were less consistent with the purpose and materials of learning, as well as the limited use of musical instruments in schools to be presented directly to students. Therefore, a video was designed to identify the shape and sound of social media-based musical instruments for elementary school students. The results of the qualification tests by the three experts against the developed media obtained excellent categories with a percentage of 91.62% of the material experts, 94.79% of the media experts, and 90% of the learners. From the results of media implementation in school, students have already understood the sound of musical instruments, with an average score in test 1 of 76.61 and in test 2 of 66.61. Then, student interest in learning on trial 1 was very high, with a percentage of 69.6% and a percent of 30.4%. In the second trial, student interest in learning was very high, with a percentage of 47.8% and a rate of 52.2%.
