Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya ketersediaan dan pengembangan media untuk literasi baca tulis siswa sekolah dasar. Peneliti merancang dan mengembangkan media literasi baca tulis dengan menggunakan software wordwall yang bersifat fleksibel dapat digunakan dimanapun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media literasi baca tulis berbantuan wordwall untuk siswa sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumen, penilaian para ahli untuk validasi produk dan angket respon yang diberikan kepada guru dan siswa pada saat uji coba. Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh penilaian 91,66% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh penilaian 93,75% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Berdasarkan hal ini maka media yang telah dikembangkan dinyatakan valid atau layak digunakan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil yang diperoleh melalui angket respon siswa dan guru terhadap media yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil respon siswa dan guru pada tahap I memperoleh nilai 88,22% dan 94,6% dengan kriteria sangat praktis, adapun hasil respon siswa dan guru pada tahap II memperoleh nilai 92,9% dan 95,83% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa dan guru, media yang telah dikembangkan dinilai sangat praktis digunakan. Dengan demikian, media literasi baca tulis berbantuan wordwall untuk siswa sekolah dasar sangat layak dan sangat praktis digunakan. Researchers design and develop literacy media using Wordwall software that is flexible and can be used anywhere and anytime. This study aims to describe the process of developing word wall-assisted literacy media for elementary school students. The research method used is the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. The data collection technique used interviews, document studies, expert assessments for product validation, and response questionnaires given to teachers and students during the trial. The validation results of media experts obtained an assessment of 91.66% with very feasible criteria and the validation results of material experts obtained a rating of 93.75% with very feasible criteria. Based on this, the media that has been developed is declared valid or suitable for use. This is evidenced by the results obtained through a questionnaire of student and teacher responses to the media that has been developed. The results of student and teacher responses in stage I obtained scores of 88.22% and 94.6% with very practical criteria, while the results of student and teacher responses in stage II obtained values of 92.9% and 95.83% with very practical criteria. Based on the results of student and teacher response questionnaires, the developed media is considered very practical to use.
