Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa SMA kelas XII pada topik polimer melalui pembelajaran menggunakan LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian campuran (mixed method) dengan desain penelitian embedded experimental design. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII yang berjumlah 20 orang di SMA negeri di kabupaten Bandung, serta 5 orang validator ahli. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, soal pretest dan posttest, serta angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan pembelajaran menggunakan LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada topik polimer meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa dengan perolehan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,83 dan tergolong ke dalam kriteria tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi, keterlaksanaan indikator KPS dalam pembelajaran topik polimer terlaksana sangat baik dengan persentase sebesar 89%. Selain itu, hasil angket respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran menggunakan LKS praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing menunjukkan tanggapan yang positif dari siswa dengan persentase sebesar 89% dan tergolong ke dalam kriteria sangat baik. This study aims to improve the science process skills of class XII high school students on the topic of polymers through learning using guided inquiry-based practicum worksheets. The research method used is a mixed research method with an embedded experimental design. The participants in this study were 20 class XII students at public high schools in the Bandung district, as well as 5 expert validators. The research instrument used was an observation sheet of learning implementation, pretest and posttest questions, as well as student response questionnaires. The results showed that overall learning using guided inquiry-based practicum worksheets on the topic of polymers improved students' science process skills with an N-Gain score of 0.83 and belonging to the high criteria. Based on the results of observations, the implementation of the KPS indicators in learning the topic of polymers was carried out very well with a percentage of 89%. In addition, the results of the questionnaire on student responses to learning using guided inquiry-based practicum LKS showed positive responses from students with a percentage of 89% and classified into very good criteria.
