Abstract

Sekolah merupakan salah satu tempat untuk mendidik, membimbing, mengarahkan, dan membentuk pribadi seseorang untuk berperilaku baik. Inilah hal yang paling rumit dilakukan, karena anak itu berasal dari latar belakang kehidupan yang berbeda-beda. Maka sekolah membentuk suatu alat untuk mengatur dan pembatas bagi anak-anak untuk berperilaku yang mengarah pada pendisiplinan terhadap peraturan yang berlaku di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah. Maka penulis mengambil judul penelitian “UPAYA GURU PKn DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN SISWA”. Adapun permasalahan utama yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya guru PKn dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas X SMA Lab. School UPI Bandung. Rumusan masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini meliputi : jenis atau bentuk peraturan sekolah dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah, jenis-jenis atau bentuk pelanggaran yang banyak dilakukan siswa di sekolah, kendala yang dihadapi guru PKn dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah, dan upaya guru Pkn dalam menerapkan peraturan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana penulis merupakan instrumen utama untuk mendapatkan data secara mendalam. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Kepala sekolah, 2 guru PKn dan 6 siswa sekolah. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, studi literatur, dan dokumentasi. Adapun kesimpulan hasil penelitian adalah, bahwa untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa di SMA Lab. School UPI Bandung, maka guru PKn harus memberikan keteladanan yang baik dengan cara mentaati peraturan tata tertib sekolah serta memberikan reward berupa nilai yang baik pada aspek afektif siswa, sehingga siswa termotivasi, berdisiplin dan memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan, selain itu keteladanan dalam hal ketepatan waktu mengikuti pelajaran di kelas dan cara berpakaian siswa harus mendapat apresiasi dari guru berupa sanksi point. School is one of place for teaching, guidancing, diracting, and composing the carachter someone to be a good. This is something difficult to do because, chield from different background. And than school compuse as a tool to arrange and limit for childs to be character that direct to disipline for the role where is effect in the school or out side the school.so the writter took this titlle “ the efforts of pkn teacher to improve disipline student”now the proplem that examined from this research is how to effort s PKn teacher to improve student dicipline in senior class X Lab. School UPI Bandung. The formulate of problem that invstigated in this research is the item or the shape of school rule for improving student dicpline in tne school.the items or the shape of violation that so many student do in the school,the problem that is faced with pkn teacher to improve student dicpline in the school.and the effort of pkn teacher to held the role in the school to improve students dicipline in the school. The metode that is used in this researche i s case study metode with kualitatif approaching where is the writter as the aim instrument to get the data deeply.the subject from this researchis the head master, two tachers and six students. The technic of colecting data that is done by oservation and interview, literatur study, and document. The conclustion from this research that to improve stdent dicipline in senior high school of UPI Bandung. So pkn teacher should give the good example with obedient the role in the school and give the reward which the good score from the afective of the student, until the student become motivated, diciplined, and focuse with the subect that is given. Beside the example from the time to following the lesson in the class and how the student use the uniform .the student should get apresiatiaon from the teacher such punishmant.
