Abstract
ABSTRAK Kehamilan pertama bisa berdampak terhadap psikologis yaitu kecemasan. Usia kehamilan menentukan tingkat tinggi rendahnya dampak psikologis. Cemas dapat dicirikan dengan timbulnya perasaan takut, gelisah, sedih dan berbicara cepat atau gugup. Masalah psikologis yang timbul pada saat hamil yaitu kecemasan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil anak pertama di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimalaka. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 54 orang ibu hamil. Pengambilan sampel yaitu 54 ibu hamil dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kusioner PASS (Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale). Analisa data univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan presentase. Hasil penelitian hampir sebagian besar dari responden cemas sedang (59,3%), cemas berat (14,8%), cemas ringan (14,8%), dan yang tidak mengalami cemas (11,1%). Kesimpulan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil primigravida di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimalaka mengalami masalah psikologis yaitu kecemasan sedang. Hampir setengahnya dari responden yang mengalami kecemasan adalah pada trimester II dengan presentase (46,3%). Dan juga maih terdapat sebagian kecil dari responden (16,9%) ibu hamil yang mengalami kehamilan resiko tinggi yaitu usia < 20 tahun. Dengan adanya hasil penelitian ini diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya melakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan cara kualitatif dan analisis yang berbeda untuk mengeksplorasi perasaan yang dirasakan oleh ibu hamil primigravida. ABSTRACT The first pregnancy can have a psychological impact, namely anxiety. Gestational age determines the high level of psychological impact. Anxiety can be characterized by the onset of feelings of fear, restlessness, sadness and fast or nervous speech. Psychological problems that arise during pregnancy are anxiety. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety in pregnant women with the first child in the Cimalaka Health Center Work Area. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The study population amounted to 54 pregnant women. Sampling of 54 pregnant women was carried out by total sampling technique. The research instrument used the PASS (Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale) questionnaire. Univariate data analysis with frequency and percentage distribution. The results of the study were mostly from respondents who were moderately anxious (59.3%), severe anxiety (14.8%), mild anxiety (14.8%), and those who did not experience anxiety (11.1%). The conclusion is that most primigravida pregnant women in the Cimalaka Health Center Working Area experience psychological problems, namely moderate anxiety. Almost half of the respondents who experienced anxiety were in the second trimester with a percentage (46.3%). And there is also a small percentage of respondents (16.9%) pregnant women who experience high-risk pregnancies, namely the age of < 20 years. With the results of this study, it is expected that further researchers will conduct further research in qualitative ways and different analyses to explore the feelings felt by primigravida pregnant women.
