Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap behavioral intention, signifikansi pengaruh perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention, signifikansi pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention pada penggunaan autobase @BakorFess untuk belajar bahasa Korea pada followers akun twitter autobase @BakorFess. Sebanyak 100 responden yang terdiri dari followers autobase @BakorFess terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex post facto tipe kausal komparatif diterapkan pada penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diperoleh dengan memanfaatkan kuesioner berskala Likert, observasi serta wawancara. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perceived usefulness penggunaan autobase @BakorFess masuk kategori ‘sangat tinggi’, perceived ease of use penggunaan autobase @BakorFess masuk kategori ‘sangat tinggi’, dan behavioral intention pada penggunaan autobase @BakorFess juga masuk kategori ‘sangat tinggi’. Pengaruh antara perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap behavioral intention untuk belajar bahasa Korea menggunakan autobase @BakorFess terdapat hubungan yang positif, signifikan, dan kuat dengan indeks koefisien determinasi nilai R sebesar 0,539 (lebih tinggi dari rtabel 0,291) dan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 yang memiliki nilai < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use secara simultan dapat mempengaruhi behavioral intention penggunaan autobase @BakorFess untuk belajar bahasa Korea. This research aims to investigate the significance of the influence the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention in the use of @BakorFess autobase to learn Korean among the followers of the @BakorFess autobase Twitter account using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. A total of 100 respondents were involved in this research. A quantitative approach with the comparative causal ex post facto method was applied to the data obtained using a Likert-scale questionnaire, observation and interviews. The results of this study show that the perceived usefulness of using the @BakorFess autobase is in the 'very high' category, the perceived ease of use using the @BakorFess autobase is in the 'very high' category, and the behavioral intention to use @BakorFess autobase is also in the 'very high' category. The influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention to learn Korean using the @BakorFess autobase has a positive, significant, and strong correlation with a coefficient of determination index of R value of 0.539 (higher than rtable 0.291) and a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, it could be concluded that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use can simultaneously influence behavioral intention to use @BakorFess autobase to learn Korean.
