Abstract

Program Pengembangan perilaku ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh peserta didik remaja yang memiliki hambatan atau penyimpangan perilaku, yang diharapkan agar para peserta didik dapat mengetahui serta mengenal potensi dirinya, memiliki budi pekerti luhur dan menaati norma yang berlaku di sekitarnya. Namun ternyata masih banyak sekolah yang belum memberikan perhatian optimal untuk mengembangkan perilaku rentan tersebut, maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah evaluasi program Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis yang sangat sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang telah disusun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui analisis metode evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) diketahui bahwa pada penyelenggaraan program pengembangan perilaku di SMP Negeri 3 Padalarang belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik, dikarenakan guru belum sepenuhnya memahami karakter peserta didik, belum melakukan inovasi dan adaptasi terhadap media dan metode, ketidaksesuaian rencana layanan dengan pelaksanaan, dan kurangnya kontribusi orang tua dalam pengembangan perilaku. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah diuraikan pada bab temuan dan pembahasan, terdapat beberapa rekomendasi yang perlu dipertimbangkan oleh pihak sekolah yaitu, dukungan penuh terhadap penyelenggaraan,mengembangkan kompetensi guru agar mampu memahami karakter peserta didik dengan baik tindak lanjut terhadap pelatihan kompetensi guru, melakukan adaptasi dan inovasi metode dan media pelayanan, membangun kerjasama dengan orang tua, serta melibatkan guru khusus untuk mengembangkan perilaku. This behavior development program is urgently needed by teenage students who have behavioral barriers or deviations, which is expected so that students can know and recognize their potential, have noble character and obey the norms that apply around them. However, it turns out that there are still many schools that have not given optimal attention to developing these vulnerable behaviors, therefore a program evaluation is needed. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive analytical methods which are very suitable for the research objectives that have been prepared. Based on the results of the research through analysis of the CIPP evaluation method (Context, Input, Process, Product) it is known that the implementation of the behavior development program at Padalarang 3 Public Middle School has not been carried out properly, because the teacher has not fully understood the character of students, has not innovated and adapted to media and methods, discrepancy between service plans and implementation, and lack of parental contribution in behavior development. Based on the results of the research that has been described in the findings and discussion chapter, there are several recommendations that need to be considered by the school, namely, full support for implementation, developing teacher competencies so that they are able to understand the character of students properly following up on teacher competency training, adapting and innovating service methods and media, building collaboration with parents, and involving special teachers to develop behavior
