Abstract
Dibuatnya tata tertib memiliki dua tujuan yaitu tujuan khusus dan juga tujuan umum. Secara khusus memiliki tujuan supaya kepala sekolah bisa menciptakan suasana yang kondusif bagi semua warga sekolah, supaya para guru bisa melaksanakan belajar mengajar dengan optimal dan supaya tercipta kerja sama di antara para orang tua dengan sekolah dalam mengemban tugas pendidikan. Disiplin menjadi prasyarat bagi pembentukan sikap, perilaku dan tata kehidupan kedisiplinan, yang akan mengantar seorang siswa sukses dalam belajar dan bekerja kelak. Penelitian studi kasus merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang berusaha menemukan makna, menyelidiki proses, serta memperoleh pengertian dan pemahaman yang mendalam dari individu atau situasi tertentu. Salah satu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk melatih siswa memiliki karakter positif untuk membentuk sikap disiplin siswa adalah kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Nilai-nilai disiplin yang diajarkan dalam pramuka salah satunya adalah disiplin waktu, disiplin dalam berpakaian, disiplin kebersihan, dan disiplin mentaati peraturan. Dampak ekstrakurikuler pramuka terhadap kedisiplinan siswa adalah siswa yang tercatat aktif dalam kegiatan pramuka memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang baik. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan terpenuhinya semua indikator unsur-unsur kedisiplinan kepada siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Dengan demikian hal tersebut, menunjukkan adanya dampak positif bagi pengembangan kedisiplinan siswa tersebut. Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Ekstrakurikuler, Pramuka As for the rules, there are two objectives, namely specific goals and general goals. Specifically, it has the aim that the principal can create a conducive atmosphere for all school members, so that teachers can carry out teaching and learning optimally and so that cooperation is created between parents and schools in carrying out educational tasks. Discipline is a prerequisite for the formation of disciplinary attitudes, behaviors and life arrangements, which will lead a student to success in studying and working in the future. Case study research is qualitative research that seeks to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain insight and in-depth understanding of a particular individual or situation. One of the activities that aims to train students to have positive character to form a disciplined attitude of students is scout extracurricular activities. In this activity, students are trained to be disciplined in terms of marching in an orderly and neat manner following instructions from their respective team leaders. One of the discipline values taught in Scouting is discipline in time, discipline in dress, discipline in cleanliness, and discipline in obeying rules. The impact of scout extracurricular activities on student discipline is that students who are active in scout activities have a good level of discipline. This is marked by the fulfillment of all indicators of disciplinary elements for students who take part in scout extracurricular activities.
