Abstract

ABSTRAK Tunakarya bisa berdampak terhadap masalah psikologis. Lamanya durasi waktu menganggur menentukan tingkat tinggi rendahnya dampak psikologis. Masalah psikologis yang timbul saat menganggur diantaranya kecemasan, stress, dan depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan, tingkat stress, dan tingkat depresi pada tunakarya alumni D3 Keperawatan UPI Kampus Sumedang. Metode penelitian yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 69 orang tunakarya alumni D3 Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel yaitu 69 tunakarya alumni D3 Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Kampus Sumedang dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan kuesioner DASS-21 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale). Analisa data univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian yang tidak mengalami kecemasan 75,4%, cemas ringan 14,5%, cemas sedang 8,7%, dan cemas berat 1,4%; yang tidak mengalami stress 84,1%, stress ringan 11,6%, stress sedang 2,9%, dan stress berat 1,4%; yang tidak mengalami depresi 76,9%, depresi ringan 15,9%, depresi sedang 5,8%, dan depresi berat 1,4%. Kesimpulan bahwa tunakarya pada alumni D3 Keperawatan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia mengalami masalah psikologis yaitu cemas, stress dan depresi. Diharapkan alumnus D3 Keperawatan yang belum memiliki pekerjaan dapat menerapkan manajemen stress, cemas dan depresi, serta melakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan cara kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi perasaan yang dirasakan oleh tunakarya. ABSTRACT Unemployment can have an impact on psychological problems. The length of time you are unemployed determines the high or low level of psychological impact. Psychological problems that arise when unemployed include anxiety, stress, and depression. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety, stress level, and depression level in the alumni of D3 Nursing D3, Sumedang Campus. The research method is descriptive quantitative. The study population consisted of 69 unemployed alumni of the Diploma of Nursing at the Indonesian University of Education. Sampling, namely 69 unemployed alumni of the D3 Nursing Diploma in Nursing at the Indonesian University of Education, Sumedang Campus, was carried out using a total sampling technique. The research instrument used the DASS-21 questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale). Univariate data analysis with frequency and percentage distribution. The results of the study did not experience anxiety 75.4%, mild anxiety 14.5%, moderate anxiety 8.7% and severe anxiety 1.4%; those who did not experience stress 84.1%, mild stress 11.6%, moderate stress 2.9%, and severe stress 1.4%; who did not experience depression 76.9%, mild depression 15.9%, moderate depression 5.8%, and major depression 1.4%. The conclusion is that unemployed alumni of the Diploma of Nursing at the Indonesian University of Education experience psychological problems, namely anxiety, stress and depression. It is hoped that D3 Nursing alumnus who do not have a job can apply stress, anxiety and depression management, as well as carry out further research in a qualitative way to explore the feelings felt by the unemployed.
