Abstract
HUBUNGAN KEMAMPUAN LITERASI DIGITAL PESERTA DAN KEBERHASILAN PEMBELAJARAN ASYNCHRONOUS (Studi Pada Pelatihan Revolusi Mental Tahun 2022 di Puslatbang PKASN LAN Jatinangor) Adrian Yulianto Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia adrianyulianto@upi.edu ABSTRAK Keberhasilan pembelajaran asynchronous merupakan suatu wujud pencapaian tujuan dari suatu pelatihan berbasis online. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan pembelajaran asynchronous bisa dilakukan dengan berbagai macam cara, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kemampuan literasi digital peserta. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan literasi digital peserta dengan keberhasilan pembelajaran asynchronous. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan alat pengumpul data angket/kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 44 orang responden. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa, 1) Kemampuan literasi digital peserta mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap Keberhasilan Pembelajaran Asynchronous. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan peserta yang mampu mengikuti kegiatan proses pembelajaran secara asynchronous baik melalui zoom meeting, maupun pengumpulan tugas-tugas serta pengaksesan materi melalui Learning Management System tanpa ada hambatan yang begitu berarti.2) Kemampuan literasi digital peserta baik itu yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki maupun perempuan tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan diantara keduanya, dikarenakan kemampuan peserta laki-laki dan perempuan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran secara asynchronous sama baiknya, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kemampuan literasi digital antara peserta laki-laki dan perempuan yang tidak terlampau jauh. Relation of Literation Digital Ability Participant and Successfully Asynchronous Learning Method for Literation (Study on Revolution Mental Training 2022 in Center of Development and Training PKASN LAN Jatinangor) Adrian Yulianto Indonesian Education University adrianyulianto@upi.edu Abstract The success of asynchronous learning is a part of achieveng the goals of online based training. To achieve the success of asynchronous learning, there is various ways, the one of them with upgrade digital literacy abality participants. The goal of the research was condectud on digital literacy participants, and the success of asynchronous learning. This research approach uses a correlational quantitative approach with a questionnaire date collection tool distributed to 44 respondents. From this study, it was found that, 1) digital literacy ability participants skills are able to contribute to the success of Asynchronous Learning. This is indicated by the participants being able to take part in the learning process activities asynchronously either through zoom meetings, as well as collecting assignments and accessing material through the Learning Management System without any significant obstacles.2) The digital literacy abilities of the participants, both male and female, did not have a significant difference between the two, because the abilities of male and female participants to take part in asynchronous learning were equally good, this can be seen from the average value of digital literacy skills between male and female participants are not too far apart.
