    Abstract

    Fokus permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa X OTKP di SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi pada mata pelajaran produktif OTKP. Masalah ini memerlukan solusi dengan cara meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal guru dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial. Diperoleh gambaran komunikasi interpersonal pada kategori sangat efektif, motivasi belajar pada kategori tinggi, dan prestasi belajar pada kategori sangat tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar.

    The focus of the problem in this research is the low learning achievement of X OTKP students at SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi in OTKP productive subjects. This problem requires a solution by increasing the effectiveness of teacher interpersonal communication and increasing student motivation. Therefore the purpose of this study was to verify the effect of teacher interpersonal communication on student achievement which is mediated by learning motivation. The study used quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. Obtained an overview of interpersonal communication in the very effective category, learning motivation in the high category, and learning achievement in the very high category. There is a positive and significant effect of teacher interpersonal communication on student achievement which is mediated by learning motivation.
