Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa yang berupa indeks prestasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh adanya strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam menyampaikan materi. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran strategi pembelajaran ini sangat penting akan tetapi pada nyatanya masih banyak yang menggunakan konvensional, menentukan strategi pembelajaran harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Strategi pembelajaran inside outside circle dimana startegi ini melibatkan siswa bisa aktif berkesempatan untuk saling tukar menukar informasi yang mereka ketahui. Strategi pembelajaran ini diterapkan kepada siswa kelas 5 SDN Sempu sebagai treatment untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa minat. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian eksperimen yang berbentuk pre-eksperimental design dengan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest design, dalam melakukan analisis datanya peneliti menggunakan Uji-T (paired sampel t-test) terhadap hasil pretest dan posttest siswa dengan bantuan software SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian terjadi peningkatan terhadap setiap nilai pretest dan posttest siswa dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan dalam pretest sebesar 32,00 dan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan pada posttest sebesar 74,66, dan setelah dilakukan Uji-T didapatkan hasil sig 0,000 < 0,05, Sehingga pada penelitian ini peneliti simpulkan bahwasanya penggunaan strategi inside outside circle terhadap pembelajaran IPS meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas V SDN Sempu. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Inside Outside Circle, IPS Student learning outcomes in the from of achievement index can be influenced by teachers teaching model in presenting the material. In learning activities this learning strategy is very important but in fact there are still many who use conventional, determining learning strategies must be adapted to the needs of students. The inside outside circle learning strategy where this strategy involves students can actively have the opportunity to exchange information that they know. This learning strategy is applied of class 5 students at SDN Sempu as a treatment to improve student learning outcomes. The approach used is a quantitative approach with experimental research methods in the form of a pre-experimental design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest design research. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses a T-test (paired sample t-test) on the results of the students' pretest and posttest with the help of software SPSS. From the results of the study there was an increase in each student's pretest and posttest scores with an overall average score in the pretest of 32.00 and an overall average score in the posttest of 74.66, and after the T-test was carried out the results were sig 0.000 < 0.05, So that in this study the researchers concluded that the use of the inside outside circle strategy for social studies learning increased student learning outcomes in class V SDN Sempu.
