Abstract

Tesis dengan judul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pembelajar dan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMK Swasta Pada Masa Pandemi Se-Korwil III Kabupaten Bandung”. Bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran analisis mengenai Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pembelajar dan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal Terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMK Swasta Pada Masa Pandemi Se-Korwil III Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan teknik survey melalui analisis korelasi dan regresi, terhadap 30 responden guru SMK Swasta Se-korwil wilayah Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil temuan penelitian adalah: Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dipengaruhi oleh Kepemimpinan Pembelajar dan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal berdasarkan salah satu bentuk pengembangan kemampuan professional seorang guru dalam rangka kepemiminan pembelajar yaitu melalui SPMI, dimana kepala sekolah mampu mengembangkan keterampilan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki guru. Kepemimpinan pembelajar berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru diperoleh hubungan sebesar 39,9 % termasuk kategori rendah, Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal berengaruh terhadap kompetensi pedagogic guru diperoleh hubungan sebesar 89,0% termasuk kategori tinggi, sedangkan pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajar dan sistem penjaminan mutu internal terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru diperoleh hubungan sebesar 73% termasuk kategori tinggi. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajar dan sistem penjaminan mutu internal berpengaruh positif terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kepala sekolah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogik guru melalui kepemimpinan pembelajar dan pengendalian mutu dengan memberikan motivasi, kompensasi dan tingkat pendidikan yang secara teoritis dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan kompetensi pedagogik guru. Thesis with the title "The Influence of Learner Leadership and Internal Quality Assurance Systems on the Pedagogic Competence of Private Vocational High School Teachers During the Pandemic as Regional Coordinator III of Bandung Regency". The aim is to obtain an analytical description of the Influence of Learner Leadership and Internal Quality Assurance Systems on the Pedagogic Competence of Private Vocational High School Teachers During the Pandemic as Regional Coordinator III of Bandung Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach and uses survey techniques through correlation and regression analysis, to 30 respondents from private vocational high school teachers in the Regional Coordinator of Bandung Regency. The results of the research findings are: Teacher Pedagogic Competence is influenced by Learner Leadership and Internal Quality Assurance System based on one form of developing a teacher's professional abilities in the context of student leadership, namely through SPMI, where the principal is able to develop the skills and abilities possessed by the teacher. Student leadership has an effect on teacher pedagogic competence, a relationship of 39.9% is included in the low category. teachers obtained a relationship of 73% including the high category. The results of these calculations and analysis show that learner leadership and the internal quality assurance system have a positive effect on teacher pedagogical competence in achieving educational goals and improving the quality of education. Principals are expected to be able to improve teacher pedagogic abilities through learner leadership and quality control by providing motivation, compensation and educational level which theoretically can influence teacher pedagogical competency abilities.
