Pd., sebagai (Pembimbing 1) dan Dr. Eka Sakti Yudha, M. Pd., Program Studi Magister Bimbingan dan Konseling. Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Univeristas Pendidikan Indonesia. Bersosialisasi merupakan suatu cara yang digunakan setiap individu dalam memulai kelompok sosialnya. Namun dalam konteks remaja masih banyak ditemukan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kekeliruan remaja dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi dengan teman sebaya. Masalah yang sering timbul yaitu diakibatkan oleh ketidak asertifan remaja terhadap diri dan linkungan sosialnya. Pendekatakan teknik assertive training diasumsikan dapat mengembangkan assertiveness pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik assertive training. Adapun pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Eksperiment dan desain non-equivalen pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian yaitu peserta didik kelas XII SMA Laboratorium UPI Bandung. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 18 orang yang dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu 9 kelompok eksperimen dan 9 kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan tingkat Assertiveness peserta didik dari hasil pre-test dan post-test pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen, dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh dari uji Mann Whitney U Test sebesar 0,015. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan assertiveness kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik assertive training. Hasil penelitian direkomendasikan kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling, sekolah, dan peneliti selanjutnya agar bimbingan kelompok dengaan teknik assertive training dapat diintegrasikan dengan program bimbingan dan konseling disekolah untuk mengembangkan assertiveness peserta didik. However, in the context of adolescents there are still many problems related to adolescent errors in interacting and communicating with peers. Problems that often arise are caused by adolescents' lack of assertiveness towards themselves and their social environment. It is assumed that the assertive training technique approach can develop assertiveness in adolescents. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with assertive training techniques. The research approach uses quantitative methods with a Quasi Experiment research design and a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The research population was class XII students at UPI Bandung Laboratory High School. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique totaling 18 people who were divided into two groups, namely 9 experimental groups and 9 control groups. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the level of Assertiveness of students from the results of the pre-test and post-test in the control group and the experimental group, with a significance value obtained from the Mann Whitney U Test of 0.015. The test results showed that there was a significant difference in the assertiveness of the experimental group and the control group after being given group guidance services using assertive training techniques. The results of the research are recommended to guidance and counseling teachers, schools, and further researchers so that group counseling with assertive training techniques can be integrated with guidance and counseling programs in schools to develop students' assertiveness.
