Abstract

Self-efficacy adalah keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan dirinya yang memengaruhi cara individu tersebut dalam bereaksi terhadap situasi dan kondisi tertentu. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui Kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Angkatan 2019 - 2020 Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.di Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian desktiptif, desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah korelasional. Populasi penelitian ialah mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Angkatan 2019 – 2020 FIP UPI Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 122 mahasiswa baru melalui teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) gambaran self-efficacy mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Angkatan 2019 – 2020 Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 pada kategori tinggi. 2) gambaran kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Angkatan 2019 – 2020 Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tahun Akademik 2022/2023 pada kategori tinggi. 3) Terdapat kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Angkatan 2019 – 2020 Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in his own abilities that influences the way the individual reacts to certain situations and conditions. The aim of the study was to determine the contribution of self-efficacy to the work readiness of students of Class 2019 - 2020 Guidance and Counseling Study Program at the Indonesian University of Education. The research used a quantitative approach with descriptive research methods, the design used in the study was correlational. The research population was students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program Batch 2019-2020 FIP UPI Academic Year 2022/2023 with a research sample of 122 new students using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study show: 1) a description of the self-efficacy of students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program Class of 2019 – 2020, Faculty of Education, Indonesian University of Education, Academic Year 2022/2023 in the high category. 2) description of the work readiness of students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program Batch 2019-2020, Faculty of Education, Indonesian University of Education, Academic Year 2022/2023 in the high category. 3) There is a self-efficacy contribution to the work readiness of students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program Class of 2019 – 2020, Faculty of Education, Indonesian University of Education, Academic Year 2022/2023.
