Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengembangan konten Reelsbrary sebagai media user education di perpustakaan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini, selain media user education yang kurang beragam dan kurang diminati, juga masih belum maraknya pemanfaatan fitur Reels di Instagram sebagai media user education. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini yakni Pengembangan Reelsbrary dapat menjadi media user education. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Design and Developement juga menggunakan adaptasi dari model model ADDIE. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 20 pemustaka Perpustakaan SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung dan 2 ahli.Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari angket online. Skala yang digunakan yaitu skala Likert yang dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konten Reelsbrary dapat menjadi media user education di perpustakaan yang menggunakan platform media sosial Instagram sebagai medianya telah melewati tahapan-tahapan sebelum akhirnya sampai kepada out-put produk akhir, yaitu mulai dari perancangan produk, melakukan suatu pengembangan desain, dan juga uji coba produk memperoleh hasil yang sangat baik dan juga menyetujui bahwa dengan dikembangkannya konten Reeelsbrary ini dapat menjadi suatu terobosan yang baru dalam melakukan kegiatan user education di perpustakaan melalui platform media sosial Instagram memiliki potensi yang cukup tinggi. This study discusses the development of Reelsbrary content as a media user education in the library. The background of this study, apart from the lack of diverse and unpopular media user education, the use of the Reels feature on Instagram as media user education is still not widespread. The general goal of this research is to develop Reelsbrary as a media for user education. The method used in this study is Design and Development which also uses an adaptation of the ADDIE model. The participants in this study were 20 users of the Pasundan 2 High School Library and 2 experts. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained from online questionnaires. The scale used is the Likert scale which is analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the study show that Reelsbrary content can become media user education in libraries that use the Instagram social media platform as the medium. They have gone through the stages before finally getting to the final product output, starting from product design, carrying out a design development, and also testing. try the product to get very good results and also agree that by developing this Reeelsbrary content it can be a new breakthrough in carrying out user education activities in the library through the Instagram social media platform which has quite high potential.
