Abstract

Pengembangan e-jobsheet produksi nata de coco perlu dilakukan dalam kegiatan teaching factory di SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak karena peserta didik belum bekerja secara mandiri dan masih mengikuti instruksi dari guru. E-jobsheet dikembangkan berbasis SKKNI untuk menunjang pencapaian kompetensi yang harus dimiliki peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui kelayakan e-jobsheet produksi nata de coco pada teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 2) mengetahui keterlaksanaan produksi nata de coco kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan e-jobsheet berbasis SKKNI; 3) mengetahui keterlaksanaan produksi nata de coco kelas kontrol tanpa e-jobsheet; dan 4) mengetahui ada/tidaknya perbedan pada hasil belajar psikomotorik antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Pengembangan e-jobsheet pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Penerapan e-jobsheet pada kegiatan praktikum dilakukan dengan desain quasi experimental non-equivalent control group design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XII APHP SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak sebanyak 36 orang. Validasi e-jobsheet dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan peserta didik dan dinyatakan “Layak” oleh ahli teaching factory. Berdasarkan hasil belajar psikomotorik kegiatan praktikum kelas eksperimen masuk dalam kategori “Sangat Baik” dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata sebesar 95 sedangkan hasil belajar kelas kontrol masuk dalam kategori “Baik” dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 82. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji Mann Whitney disimpulkan bahwa “terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen pada produksi nata de coco”. The development of the nata de coco e-jobsheet production needs to be carried out in teaching factory activities at SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak due to the students have not worked independently and are still following the teacher’s instructions. The Indonesian National Work Competency Standards-based e-jobsheet is developed to support the students’ competencies achievement. The objectives of this study are 1) validating the nata de coco E-Jobsheet production feasibility on teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 2) discovering the implementation of the experimental class using SKKNI-based e-jobsheet; 3) discovering the implementation of the control class without e-jobsheet; and 4) determining whether the experimental group has higher psychomotor learning outcome than the control class. The researcher employs a Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The researcher utilizes the quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design to study the e-jobsheet on the practicum activities. The samples in this study were 36 students of class XII APHP SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. The material experts, media experts, linguists, and students validate the e-jobsheet as "Very Feasible". Furthermore, the teaching factory experts validated it as "Feasible". Based on the experimental study, the experimental class practicum activities had an "Excellent" category, with the mean score yielded 95 for psychomotor learning. Meanwhile, the control class had a “Good" category with the mean score yielded 82. Based on the Mann-Whitney hypothesis test, concluded that "there is a significant difference in student skill results betweet the control class and the experimental class in the production of nata de coco".
