Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan hasil belajar mahasiswa FPEB angkatan 2019, rata-rata IPK di beberapa program studi masih belum optimal, serta adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti-peneliti terdahulu terkait pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar dan menguji teori sosial belajar Bandura terkait hubungan resiprokal. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar serta untuk menguji model moderasi iklim belajar pada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk pengumupulan data. Objek penelitian ini adalah efikasi diri, iklim belajar dan hasil belajar. Subjek dalam penelitian ialah mahasiswa FPEB angkatan 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 641 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling didapatkan sampel sebanyak 247 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan Moderat Regression Analysis (MRA) melalui SPSS 21.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Efikasi diri berada pada kategori sedang, iklim belajar pada kategori sedang dan hasil belajar pada ketagori sedang 2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar 3) iklim belajar tidak memoderasi pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap hasil belajar. This research is motivated by problems in the learning outcomes of FPEB class 2019 students, the average GPA in several study programs is still not optimal, and there are differences in the results of research conducted by previous researchers regarding the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes and testing Bandura's social theory of learning related to reciprocal relationship. This study also aims to test whether there is an effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes and to test the learning climate moderation model on the effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey method using a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The object of this research is self-efficacy, learning climate and learning outcomes. The subjects in the study were FPEB students class of 2019. The population in this study totaled 641 students, using the Random Sampling technique, a sample of 247 students was obtained. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) via SPSS 21.0. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Self-efficacy is in the moderate category, learning climate is in the moderate category and learning outcome in in the moderate category 2) Self-efficacy has a significant and positive effect on learning outcomes 3) learning climate does not moderate the effect self-efficacy on learning outcomes.
