Abstract

SMK merupakan salah satu jenjang pendidikan sekolah menengah atas yang bertujuan untuk mendidik dan membina para siswa agar siap terjun langsung ke dunia kerja. Akan tetapi masih banyak siswa lulusan SMK yang tidak memasuki dunia kerja yang sesuai dengan ilmu serta pengetahuan yang mereka pelajari di sekolah. Karena kurangnya minat pada jurusan yang menyebabkan kurangnya motivasi siswa dalam belajar, serta minat kerja dalam bidang konstruksi menjadi kurang. Penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi siswa, minat kerja siswa ,serta seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap minat bekerja siswa DPIB dalam bidang konstruksi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Deskriftif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Tempat penelitian yang dipilih yaitu SMK Negeri Rajapolah dengan 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument dilakukan di SMKN Rajapolah yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Dan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan dekripsi data penelitian dan uji hipotesis Indeks hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa DPIB sebesar 80% dan berkategori baik. Sedangkan minat kerja siswa dalam bidang konstruksi yaitu 79% dan berkategori Baik. Dengan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan dari motivasi belajar terhadap minat kerja dalam bidang konstruksi yaitu sebesar 55,3%. SMK is one of the levels of high school education that aims to educate and nurture students to be ready to jump directly into the world of work. However, there are still many vocational school graduates who do not enter the world of work in accordance with the knowledge and knowledge they learn in school. Due to the lack of interest in the department that causes the lack of motivation of students in learning, as well as interest in work in the field of construction becomes less. The authors conducted this study to determine the picture of student motivation, Student Work interest, and how much influence the motivation to learn the interest of working students in the field of construction DPIB. This research is descriptive research, with quantitative approach. The chosen research place is SMK Negeri Rajapolah with 30 students. Data collection was done using questionnaires. Test the validity and reliability of the instrument conducted in SMKN Rajapolah amounting to 30 students. And the results of data analysis conducted using decryption of research data and index hypothesis test the results showed that students ' motivation to learn dpib by 80% and categorized well. While the interest of students in the field of construction is 79% and categorized well. With a significant influence of motivation to learn the interest of work in the field of construction is equal to 55.3%.
