Abstract

Dewasa ini banyak siswa disabilitas berada di dalam kelas reguler tetapi tidak mendapatkan pelayanan sesuai dengan kebutuhan belajarnya. Program pembelajaran individual adalah program yang dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa disabilitas di Sekolah Dasar. Program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa disabilitas untuk bisa belajar secara optimal bersama siswa reguler. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program pembelajaran individual bagi siswa dengan kesulitan belajar di SD Mutiara Bunda serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan dampak dari pelaskanaan program pembelajaran individual tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui kegiatan wawnacara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi kepada tiga supporting teacher dan satu orang ketua PKLK di SD Mutiara Bunda. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaskanaan program pembelajaran individual berjalan dengan baik, supporting teacher mendampingi siswa dengan kesulitan belajar secara intensif serta menggunakan media, metode, dan strategi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Dampak dari pelaskanaan program pembelajaran individual bagi siswa dengan kesulitan belajar di SD Mutiara Bunda mendapatkan dampak yang positif, dimana kemampuan belajar siswa semakin membaik, pemahaman siswa terhadap instruksi yang diberikan menjadi lebih baik dan kepercayaan diri siswa pun semakin meningkat. ----- Currently, many students with disabilities are in regular classes but do not receive services according to their learning needs. Individualized education program are programs created to meet the learning needs of students with disabilities in elementary school. This program provides opportunities for students with disabilities to be able to study optimally with regular students. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the implementation of individual learning programs for students with learning difficulties at Mutiara Bunda Elementary School and to analyze and describe the impact of implementing these individual learning programs. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method through observation interviews and documentation studies, to three supporting teachers and one PKLK leader at Mutiara Bunda Elementary School. The results of this study are that the implementation of individual learning programs goes well, supporting teachers accompany students with learning difficulties intensively and use learning media,methods and strategies that are tailored to student needs. The impact of implementing individual learning programs for students with learning difficulties at Mutiara Bunda Elementary School had a positive impact, where students' learning abilities were getting better. students' understanding of the instructions given is getting better and students' selfconfidence is increasing
