Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tentang Kreativitas Mngajar Guru PJOK Pasca Pembelajaran Daring Di SMP Se-Kecamatan Arcamanik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kreativitas mengajar guru PJOK pasca pembelajaran daring di SMP se-Kecamatan Arcamanik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh guru PJOK yang mengajar di SMP Se-Kecamatan Arcamanik sebanyak 20 orang menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket atau kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK yang mengajar di SMP se-Kecamatan Arcamanik dengan indikator kemampuan menghasilkan banyak gagasan dengan hasil kategori sangat baik 100%. Indikator kemampuan untuk mengemukakan bermacam macam pemecahan atau pendekatan terhadap masalah dengan hasil kategori sangat baik 100%. Indikator kemampuan untuk mencetuskan gagasan dengan hasil kategori sangat baik 100%. Indikator kemampuan untuk menguraikan sesuatu secara terperinci dengan hasil kategori sangat baik 100%. Dan Indikator kemampuan untuk meninjau suatu persoalan berdasarkan perspektif yang berbeda dengan apa yang sudah diketahui oleh banyak orang dengan hasil kategori sangat baik 100%. Dari hasil data di atas maka disimpulkan bahwa seluruh guru PJOK yang mengajar di SMP se-Kecamatan Arcamanik dengan kreativitas mengajar yang mereka miliki hasil kategorinya yaitu sangat baik 100%. Kata kunci : Kreativitas Guru, Guru PJOK, Pasca Daring This research is about the creativity of teaching Sports Physical Education and Health teachers after online learning in junior high schools throughout the Arcamanik sub-district. The purpose of this study was to find out the creativity of teaching Sports Physical Education and Health teachers after online learning in junior high schools in Arcamanik District. The method used is descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Sports Physical Education and Health teachers who taught at junior high school in Arcamanik District as many as 20 people, using total sampling technique. The research instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results of the study indicate that Sports Physical Education and Health teachers who teach in junior high schools throughout Arcamanik District with indicators of ability to generate many ideas with results in the category of very good 100%. The indicator of the ability to present various solutions or approaches to problems with the results of the very good category 100%. The indicator of the ability to generate ideas with results in the category of very good 100%. Indicator of the ability to describe something in detail with the results of the category very good 100%. And the indicator of the ability to review an issue based on a different perspective from what is already known by many people with the results of the very good category 100%. From the results of the data above, it can be concluded that all Sports Physical Education and Health teachers who teach in junior high schools in Arcamanik Sub-district with their teaching creativity have the category results of very good 100%.
