Abstract
Kampus Mengajar merupakan program dimana mahasiswa berperan sebagai asisten guru dalam mengajar dengan tujuan program ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa selama satu (satu) semester untuk mendampingi guru dan kepala sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang terdampak pandemi. Program Kampus Mengajar diikuti oleh para mahasiswa dari perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, termasuk mahasiswa UPI. Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan tidak dirancang untuk menjadikan mahasiswa sebagai guru, namun program studi ini termasuk dalam ranah pendidikan dan mempelajari Micro Teaching, maka pada kenyataannya banyak alumni program studi ini yang berprofesi sebagai guru di bidang teknologi informasi (TIK), sehingga mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan juga membutuhkan keterampilan guru, yang mampu dilatih melewati mata kuliah Micro Teaching. Untuk subyek penelitian yaitu mahasiswa teknologi pendidikan peserta Kampus Mengajar angkatan 1 dan angkatan 3 yang mengonversi sksnya ke mata Kuliah Micro Teaching. Kemudian, didapat rumusan masalah 1. Bagaimana nilai hasil konversi mata kuliah Micro Teaching yang diperoleh mahasiswa peserta Kampus Mengajar?, 2. Bagaimana pemahaman mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan peserta Kampus Mengajar terhadap aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar? 3. Bagaimana hubungan antara nilai hasil konversi mata kuliah Micro Teaching pada mahasiswa program Kampus Mengajar dengan pemahaman mahasiswa Teknologi Pendidikan peserta Kampus Mengajar terhadap aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar? Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen tes. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi sederhana untuk menentukan pengaruh sebuah variabel bebas (independen) terhadap variabel terikat (dependen). Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan SPSS versi 26 menunjukkan koefisien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y adalah =sebesar 0,796 dimana artinya antara variabel nilai konversi dengan pemahaman aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar mendapat nilai sebesar 0,796 atau dapat diartikan sebagai hubungan yang kuat. Selain itu, angka koefisien korelasi berbentuk positif sehingga didapat kesimpulan bahwa diantara kedua variabel tersebut terdapat hubungan yang searah, dimana ketika nilai konversi naik maka pemahaman terhadap keterampilan dasar mengajar pun akan naik. Kampus Mengajar is a program where students act as teacher assistants in teaching, with the aim of this program being to provide students with the opportunity for one semester to assist teachers and school principals in learning activities affected by the pandemic. The Kampus Mengajar Program is attended by students from universities in Indonesia, including UPI students. The Educational Technology Study Program is not intended to turn students into teachers, but because it is part of education and studies Micro Teaching, many alumni of this study program work as teachers in the field of information technology (ICT), so Educational Technology students also need teacher skills, which can be acquired through Micro Teaching courses. 1. What is the value of the conversion of the microteaching course obtained by the students participating in the Kampus Mengajar? , 2. How is the understanding of the educational technology students participating in the Kampus Mengajar regarding aspects of teaching skills? 3. What is the relationship between the results of the conversion of the Micro Teaching course for Campus Teaching Program students and their understanding of aspects of teaching skills? This research method uses quantitative methods, with the test instrument being the chosen method to use. Based on the calculation results of SPSS version 26, it shows that the correlation coefficient between variables X and Y is 0.796, which means that the conversion value variable and understanding aspects of basic teaching skills get a value of 0.796 or can be interpreted as having a strong relationship. In addition, the correlation coefficient number is positive, so it can be concluded that between the two variables there is a unidirectional relationship, where when the conversion value increases, the understanding of basic teaching skills will also increase.
