Azka Rizkia MS Salsabila, - (2022) PENGEMBANGAN SIMULATOR PERCOBAAN MODEL ATOM RUTHERFORD BERBASIS SMARTPHONE. S1 thesis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pengembangan simulator percobaan model atom Rutherford berbasis smartphone
smartphone.
ABSTRACT
The development of a smartphone-based Rutherford atomic model experiment
simulator aims to produce a simulator that can help Class X high school students
understand the sub-materials of Rutherford's atomic model. This research was
conducted in SMA Negeri in Bandung and MA Negeri in Pandeglang. The research
method used in this research is Developmental Research with the development
stage applying the ADDIE model. In the process of making the simulator, the
applications used to make it are Construct 2, Corel Draw 2019, and Canva. Based
on the determination of the characteristics obtained from the analysis of the
supporting media conducted by the researcher and the supervisor, it was found that
the media of text, images, animations, and simulations were used to explain the sub materials of Rutherford's atomic model. The feasibility of the simulator in terms of
content and in terms of media on all indicators gets results with very decent
categories. Based on the results of the study using the response indicators for the
use of simulators by educators and students, the feasibility of the simulator getting
results in a very decent category, although with some suggestions for improvement.
Educators also agree that the developed simulator can help students in the learning
process so that the Rutherford atomic model sub-material which has strong
characteristics in experimental visualization can be easier to understand.
Keywords: ADDIE, developmental research, Rutherford atomic model, simulator,
