Abstract
Volunteer telah menjadi sumber daya manusia yang berharga di banyak sektor masyarakat. Secara khusus volunteer menjadi sumber daya manusia yang tak ternilai di berbagai acara yang menghabiskan keterampilan, pengetahuan, waktu, dan tenaga mereka. Dalam pelaksanaan sport event pemanfaatan variabel yang terkait dengan volunteer management merupakan hal yang penting untuk keberhasilan sport event. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan penelitian mengenai variabel yang terkait dengan volunteer management dan bagaimana implementasi pengembangan volunteer management dalam sport event. Penelitian menggunakan metode systematic literature review dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis studi selama sepuluh tahun terakhir dengan total artikel yang dianalisis sebanyak 18 artikel. Hasil penelitian menunujukan bahwa terdapat 19 variabel yang telah dikaitkan dan implementasi pengembangan volunteer management dibagi menjadi dua jenis implementasi berdasarkan faktor pendorong (motivation) dan strategic human resource management (SRHM). Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pengembangan penelitian lanjutan terkait volunteer management di bidang sport event. Selain itu penelitian ini berperan untuk memberikan masukan bagi stakeholder di bidang sport event terkait volunteer management. Volunteers have become a valuable human resource in many sectors of society. In particular, volunteers become invaluable human resources in various events that consume their skills, knowledge, time, and energy. In the implementation of sport events, the use of variables related to volunteer management is important for the success of sport events. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to produce research on variables related to volunteer management and how to implement the development of volunteer management in sport events. The study used a systematic literature review method by collecting and analyzing studies over the last ten years with a total of 18 articles analyzed. The results of the study indicate that there are 19 variables that have been linked and the implementation of volunteer management development is divided into two types of implementation based on motivation and strategic human resource management (SRHM) factors. This research can be used as the basis for developing further research related to volunteer management in the field of sport events. In addition, this research has a role to provide input for stakeholders in the field of sport events related to volunteer management.
