Abstract

ABSTRAK Wita Kurnia (2022). Rancangan Kurikulum Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Untuk Mengembangkan Kecakapan Belajar Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Di Provinsi Lampung Pencapaian kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa di abad 21 yaitu: critical thinking and problem solving, creativity, communication skills, dan ability to work collaboratively (4C). Kompetensi yang harus dimiliki siswa tersebut mengalami persoalan dimana perubahan kurikulum KTSP menjadi kurikulum 2013 berimplikasi dihapusnya mata pelajaran TIK, regulasi kebijakan pemerintah terkait mata pelajaran TIK menjadi mata pelajaran pilihan, implementasi di satuan pendidikan masih mengacu pada kurikulum KTSP, dan pemanfaatan Teknologi belum maksimal bagi siswa dan guru, masih sebagai pengguna dan pengikut (user/followers). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Desain and Development (D&D) yang merupakan studi yang sistematis terhadap proses desain, pengembangan, dan evaluasi dengan tujuan untuk menetapkan dasar empiris dalam penciptaan produk dan alat instruksional dan non-instruksional serta model baru atau yang disempurnakan. Temuan pada penelitian ini dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran mata pelajaran TIK dijalankan tanpa ada pedoman pengembangan kurikulum, Data penelitian ini melibatkan 589 siswa dan 26 terdiri dari kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, dan guru dari 7 sekolah Madrasah Aliyah baik negeri maupun swasta di 5 Kabupaten yaitu di Bandar Lampung, Lampung Timur, Lampung Selatan, Kota Metro, dan Pringsewu, sehingga pembahasan penelitian ini bertujuan merancang kurikulum mata pelajaran TIK untuk mengembangkan kecakapan belajar siswa. Rancangan kurikulum yang dibuat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang ada di satuan pendidikan dengan mengacu empat komponen kurikulum yaitu 1) Tujuan, 2) Isi, 3) Proses, dan 4) Evaluasi dengan demikian pengembangan kurikulum dengan menghasilkan sebuah pembaharuan (Novelty) yaitu: “Rancangan Kurikulum Mata Pelajaran TIK untuk mengembangkan kecakapan belajar siswa Madrasah Aliyah di Provinsi Lampung” yang kemudian kurikulum tersebut dimplementasikan agar siswa mempunyai kecakapan belajar yaitu: 1) Web and Workable, 2) Instructional, 3)Technology, dan 4) Application (WITA) sehingga tujuan pencapaian kompetensi siswa di abad 21 dapat dikuasai oleh peserta didik. Rekomendasi penelitian ini ditujukan: 1) Kemenag RI mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait pedoman kurikulum, maka penelitian ini bisa menjadi solusi bagi satuan pendidikan untuk diterapkan pada proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan kurikulum mata pelajaran TIK untuk mengembangkan kecakapan belajar siswa, 2) Sebagai masukan untuk Pusat Kurikulum Dan Perbukuan (Puskurbuk) bahwa rancangan kurikulum ini disinergikan ke dalam kurikulum merdeka, 3) Guru harus mempunyai kecakapan dalam hal yang sama sehingga guru dan siswa bukan saja sebagai user dan followers, namun sebagai pencipta (create). Curriculum Design for Information and Communication Technology Subjects to Develop Learning Skills for Madrasah Aliyah Students in Lampung Province The achievement of competencies that must be possessed by students in the 21st century are critical thinking and problem solving, creativity, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively (4C). The competencies that must be possessed by these students are experiencing problems were changing the KTSP curriculum to the 2013 curriculum has implications for the elimination of ICT subjects, government policy regulations related to ICT subjects are elective subjects, implementation in education units still refers to the KTSP curriculum, and the use of technology has not been maximized for students. and teachers, still as users and followers (users/followers). This research method uses Design and Development (D&D) which is a systematic study of the design, development, and evaluation process with the aim of establishing an empirical basis for the creation of instructional and non-instructional products and tools as well as new or improved models. The findings in this study in the implementation of the learning process for ICT subjects were carried out without any curriculum development guidelines. The data of this study involved 589 students and 26 consisted of principals, waka curriculum, and teachers from 7 Madrasah Aliyah schools both public and private in 5 districts namely in Bandar Lampung, East Lampung, South Lampung, Metro City, and Pringsewu, so the discussion of this research aims to design a curriculum for ICT subjects to develop student learning skills. The curriculum design is made to meet the needs that exist in the education unit by referring to four curriculum components, namely 1) Purpose, 2) Content, 3) Process, and 4) Evaluation thus curriculum development by producing a novelty, namely: "Curriculum Design ICT Subjects to develop the learning skills of Madrasah Aliyah students in Lampung Province, which then the curriculum is implemented so that students have learning skills, namely: 1) Web and Workable, 2) Instructional, 3) Technology, and 4) Application (WITA) so that the goal of achieving student competencies in the 21st century can be mastered by students. The recommendations of this research are aimed at: 1) The Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia issues policies related to curriculum guidelines, so this research can be a solution for educational units to be applied to the learning process by using ICT subject curricula to develop student learning skills, 2) As input for the Center for Curriculum and Books (Puskurbuk) that this curriculum design is synergized into an independent curriculum, 3) Teachers must have skills in the same thing so that teachers and students are not only users and followers, but also creators.
