Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP KOMPETENSI LULUSAN DI SMK PASUNDAN 2 CIMAHI JURUSAN OTOMATISASI TATA KELOLA PERKANTORAN Oleh Herrisa Safitri 1807159 Skripsi ini dibimbing oleh: Prof. Dr. Hj. Nani Sutarni, M.Pd. Pemasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah kompetensi keahlian siswa belum optimal khususnya di Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran dan dikhawatirkan lulusan akan sulit untuk terserap dan berkompetensi di dunia kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kompetensi lulusan pada siswa lulusan tahun 2021 dan 2022 di SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket dengan model Skala Ordinal. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 47 siswa lulusan tahun 2021 dan 2022 Jurusan Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan kompetensi lulusan berada pada kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh dari hasil koefisien sederhana bahwa kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi lulusan. Kata kunci: Kompetensi Guru, Kompetensi Lulusan ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TEACHER'S COMPETENCY ON THE COMPETENCE OF GRADUATES OF SMK PASUNDAN 2 CIMAHI MAJORS OFFICE GOVERNANCE AUTOMATION By Herrisa Safitri 1807159 Guided By: Prof. Dr. Hj. Nani Sutarni, M.Pd. The problem in this research is that students' competence is not optimal, especially in the Office Administration Automation Department. It is feared that graduates will find it difficult to absorb and be competent in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher competence on graduate competence in graduate students at SMK Pasundan 2 Cimahi, Department of Office Administration Automation. The method used is an explanatory survey method with a quantitative approach. The data obtained in this study was based on the distribution of the questionnaire with the Ordinal Scale model. The number of respondents in this study was 47 students graduating from the 2021 and 2022 batches of the Office Administration Automation Department as respondents. From this study, the results of teacher competence are in the very high category while the competence of graduates is in the high category. Based on the calculation results obtained from the results of simple coefficients teacher competence has a positive and significant effect on graduate competence.
