Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data terkait hubungan antara asertivitas dan self-esteem korban kekerasan dalam pacaran pada dewasa awal di Kota Bandung. Sampel diambil menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional dengan jumlah sampel 353 responden perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran di Kota Bandung yang berusia 20-40 tahun. Teknik sampling penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Alat ukur asertivitas berjumlah 40 item dengan koefisiensi reliabilitas sebesar 0.914 dan untuk alat ukur self-esteem yang berjumlah 47 item dengan koefisiensi reliabilitas sebesar 0.924. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara asertivitas dan self-esteem yang dapat ditunjukkan dari koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.646 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000. Kata Kunci: asertivitas, self-esteem, perempuan, dewasa awal, korban kekerasan dalam pacaran This study aims to see a relationship between assertiveness and self-esteem of victim of dating violence on young adult women in Bandung City. The sample was taken using a quantitative approach with correlational method with 353 women the victims of dating violence in Bandung City aged 20-40 years. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire distributed online. Assertiveness measuring instrument amounted to 40 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.914 and for self-esteem measuring instrument which amounted to 47 items with a reliability coefficient of 0.924. The results show that there is a relationship between assertiveness and self-esteem which can be shown from the correlation coefficient of 0.646 with a significance value of 0.000.
