Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang belum optimal, ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata perolehan penilaian akhir semester (PAS) kelas X di SMA Negeri 25 Kota Bandung belum mencapai target yang tertera sesuai dengan kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 25 Kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 81 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei eksplanatori dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Begitu pun variabel kontrol yakni, jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sedangkan socio economic memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. ABSTRACT This research is motivated by student learning outcomes that are not optimal, as indicated by the average end of semester assessment (PAS) class X at SMA Negeri 25 Bandung City has not reached the stated target according to the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The purpose of this study is to determine whether achievement motivation has an effect on learning outcomes. The population in this study were all students of class X at SMA Negeri 25 Bandung. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique so that a sample of 81 students was obtained. The method used in this study is an explanatory survei with a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation has no effect on learning outcomes. Likewise, the control variable, namely, gender has no effect on learning outcomes, while socio-economic influences on learning outcomes.
