Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN INSTRUMEN DETEKSI DINI PERKEMBANGAN BAHASA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang muncul di lapangan terkait ketersediaan instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun yang terbatas bahkan kurang. Proses deteksi dini akan terlaksana secara optimal apabila terdapat instrumen di yang relevan dan berguna untuk pembelajaran, dalam hal ini bahan ajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lapangan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada hasil studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan mengenai kurangnya bahan instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengembangan dengan desain EDR (Educational Design Research), yang didasarkan pada model EDR McKenney, yang terbagi menjadi tiga bagian yaitu, analisis dan eksplorasi (analysis and exploration), desain dan konstruksi (design and construction), evaluasi dan refleksi (evaluation and reflection). Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, angket, dan validasi ahli. Produk yang telah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media pembelajaran anak usia dini, ahli asesmen anak usia dini, dan ahli isi, serta melalui beberapa revisi sesuai saran validator. Peneliti selanjutnya melakukan uji coba secara terbatas sebanyak dua kali di TKIT Nurul Fajar dan TK Pertiwi DWP Kota Tasikmalaya. Secara umum, produk hasil pengembangan peneliti berupa instrumen deteksi dini perkembangan bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun. Kata Kunci: Deteksi Dini, Perkembangan Bahasa Anak, Educational Design Research ABSTRACK This research is motivated by the problems that arise in the field related to the availability of instruments for early detection of language development for children aged 5-6 years which is limited or even lacking. The early detection process will be carried out optimally if there are instruments that are relevant and useful for learning, in this case teaching materials. The purpose of this research is to develop instrument for early detection of language development of children aged 5-6 years in accordance with field needs. This research is based on the results of a preliminary study that has been conducted regarding the lack of instruments for early detection of language development for children aged 5-6 years. The method used in this research is the development method with the EDR (Educational Design Research) design, which is based on the Mc Kenney EDR model, which is divided into into three parts, namely, analysis and exploration (analysis and exploration), design and construction (design and construction), evaluation and reflection (evaluation and reflection). The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and expert validation. The products that have been developed are validated by early childhood learning media experts, early childhood assessment experts, and content experts, and through several revisions according to the validator's suggestions. The next researcher conducted a limited trial twice at TKIT Nurul Fajar and TK Pertiwi DWP Tasikmalaya City. In general, the product developed researchers in the form of an instrument for early detection of language development of children aged 5-6 years.
