Abstract
Kualitas layanan didefinisikan sebagai fokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan dan persyaratan, dan seberapa baik layanan yang diberikan kepada konseli oleh guru BK. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keresahan penulis saat melaksanakan PPLBK terutama dalam hal mengelola data yang mengakibatkan turunnya kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling karena pengelolaan data secara manual kurang efisien dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbasis aplikasi dan efektifitas penggunaan aplikasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari lima orang yang dipilih bukan secara acak, melainkan adanya pertimbangan yang berfokus pada tema yang dikaji. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMPN 1 Cimahi cukup baik; (2) penggunaan SIM-BK dapat diaplikasikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Rekomendasi penelitian diajukan kepada Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling serta peneliti selanjutnya. Quality of service is defined as a focus on meeting the needs and requirements, also how well the services are provided to counselees by guidance and counselling teachers. This research was motivated by the author's anxiety when implementing PPLBK, especially in managing data, which has decreased the quality of guidance and counseling services because manual data management was less efficient and effective. This study aims to describe the quality of application-based guidance and counseling services and the effectiveness of using applications in improving the quality of guidance and counseling services— this research approach uses a qualitative approach. Research participants consisted of five people who were not randomly selected but based on considerations that focused on the research theme. The data analysis technique in this research was using triangulation technique. The results of the study show that (1) The quality of guidance and counseling services at SMPN 1 Cimahi is quite good; (2) the use of the SIM-BK application is effective in improving the quality of guidance and counseling services. Research recommendations are addressed to the Study Program of Guidance and Counseling and further researchers.
