Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menganalisis realita penyelenggaraan PAUD di Desa Kertanegla serta partisipasi yang diberikan masyarakat terhadap keberlangsungan penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang ada di Desa Kertanegla Kecamatan Bojonggambir Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Partisipasi masyarakat sebagai hal dasar dalam penyelenggaraan lembaga pendidikan perlu untuk di analisis guna mengetahui perkembangan lembaga pendidikan yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan salah satu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengutamakan deskripsi hasil penelitian secara nyata berdasarkan hasil temuan di lapangan. Dalam proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Narasumber selaku sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Desa Kertanegla. Penelitian dimulai pada bulan Juni 2022 dengan pelaksanaan observasi yang secara berkelanjutan berlangsung sampai bulan Agutus 2022. Berdasarkan hasil proses pengambilan data diketahui bahwa perkembangan PAUD di Desa Kertanegla baru berkembang dalam kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir. Partisipasi masyarakat menjadi dasar perkembangan tersebut. Meskipun tidak sepenuhnya sistem masyarakat berpartisispasi, namun antusiasme para orang tua Anak Usia Dini (AUD) menjadikan lembaga PAUD yang ada dapat terus menjalankan tugasnya. ----- This research was conducted to analyze the reality of ECE implementation in Kertanegla and the participation given by the society to the continuity of the implementation of Early Childhood Education (ECE) in Kertanegla, Bojonggambir, Tasikmalaya Districts. Society participation as a basic thing in the implementation of educational institutions needs to be analyzed in order to find out how the development of educational institutions in the region. This research is one of the qualitative descriptive studies by prioritizing the description of the real research results based on the findings in the field. In the process of data collection is done by using the method of interviews, observation and documentation. The resource person as the primary data source in this study was the Head of Kertanegla Village. The research began in June 2022 with continuous observations until August 2022. Based on the results of the data collection process, it is known that the development of ECE in Kertanegla Village has only developed in the last 10 years. Community participation is the basis for this development. Even though the community system is not fully participatory, the enthusiasm of early childhood parents makes the existing ECE institutions able to continue to carry out their duties.
