Abstract

ABSTRAK Penanaman nilai keimanan amat penting dilakukan secara kontinu sejak usia dini, mengingat banyaknya kasus penyimpangan di masyarakat karena lemahnya iman seseorang dan kurangnya penanaman nilai keimanan pada sistem pendidikan formal. TK Joy Kids National Plus merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki andil dalam menanamkan nilai keimanan pada anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengungkap penanaman nilai keimanan di TK Joy Kids, mulai dari pelaksanaan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah , pendidik , orangtua dan peserta didik. Tempat penelitian yaitu TK Joy Kids National Plus, Kecamatan Tawang, Kota Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang didapat dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, perencanaan penanaman nilai keimanan dilakukan dalam rapat pendidik sebelum dimulainya semester baru. Kedua, pelaksanaan penanaman nilai keimanan dengan berbagai program yang sudah ada, seperti program pembelajaran, program karakter, program kebersihan dan kesehatan. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk menanamkan nilai keimanan yaitu metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, teguran, reward, pengawasan, perhatian. Faktor pendukung dalam penanaman nilai keimanan diantaranya adalah kepercayaan orang tua, dukungan masyarakat, dan sarana prasarana. Sementara hambatannya datang dari orang tua juga, lingkungan, dan peserta didik itu sendiri. Dan upaya dalam mengatasi penanaman nilai keimanan dengan memberi pengingatan terus menerus kepada orang tua untuk lebih lagi memahami dan belajar dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan iman anak, menjaga dan memperhatikan pergaulan anak. Kata Kunci : Nilai keimanan, Anak Usia Dini ABSTRACT It is very important to instill the value of faith continuously from an early age, considering the many cases of deviation in society due to weak faith and the lack of instilling the value of faith in the formal education system. Joy Kids National Plus Kindergarten is one of the educational institutions that has a role in instilling the value of faith in children. The purpose of this research is to reveal the inculcation of faith values in Joy Kids Kindergarten, starting from planning, implementation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, educators, parents and students. The research location is Joy Kids National Plus Kindergarten, Tawang District, Tasikmalaya City. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data obtained were analyzed by means of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results of the study show that: first, planning for the cultivation of faith values is carried out in an educator meeting before the start of the new semester. Second, the implementation of the cultivation of faith values with various existing programs, such as learning programs, character programs, hygiene and health programs. The method used to instill the value of faith is the method of habituation, example, reprimand, reward, supervision, attention. Supporting factors in instilling faith values include parental trust, community support, learning environment and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the obstacles come from parents as well, the environment, and the students themselves. And efforts to overcome the inculcation of faith values by giving continuous reminders to parents to understand and learn more about the growth and development of children's faith, maintain and pay attention to children's associations.
