Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa di kelas IV sekolah dasar. Tujuan penelitiannya adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan literasi digital melalui media kahoot terhadap kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, desain penelitian quasi eksperimental, nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan membaca pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran literasi digital melalui media kahoot. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan membaca pemahaman sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran konvensional berbasis teks cerita. Tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kelas kontrol yang memperoleh pembelajaran konvensional berbasis teks cerita dengan kelas eksperimen yang memperoleh pembelajaran literasi digital melalui media kahoot This research is motivated by the low reading comprehension ability of students in grade IV elementary school. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of digital literacy through kahoot media on students' reading comprehension skills. This study uses quantitative methods, quasi-experimental research design, non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that there was a difference in the average reading comprehension ability before and after learning digital literacy through kahoot media. There is a difference in the average reading comprehension ability before and after conventional story-based learning. There is no difference between the control class who received story-based conventional learning and the experimental class who received digital literacy learning through kahoot media
