Abstract

ABSTRAK Menulis merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang memiliki tingkat kesulitan paling tinggi dibandingkan keterampilan berbahasa lainnya. Hal ini dikarenakan menulis memerlukan pertimbangan dalam Menyusun sebuah kalimat yang baik dan benar serta mudah dimengerti oleh pembacanya. Umtuk mendapatkan tulisan yang baik, kegiatan menulis harus dilakukan berkali-kali dan menggunakan metode pembelajaran dan media yang menarik. Peneliti menerapkan model Project Based Learning berbantuan Media TikTok Tutorial pada pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berbantuan media aplikasi TikTok terhadap kemampuan menulis teks prosedur pada siswa kelas VII SMP Al-Musyawarah Lembang dengan memberikan tes awal kepada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Kemudian, kelas eksperimen diberi perlakuan pembelajaran menulis teks prosedur dengan model Project Based Learning berbantuan media aplikasi TikTok dan kelas kontrol diberi perlakuan dengan metode ceramah. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan dari penerapan model Project Based Learning berbantuan dengan media aplikasi TikTok terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas VII SMP Al-Musyawarah Lembang dalam menulis teks prosedur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen quasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dari model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berbantuan media aplikasi TikTok untuk menulis teks prosedur. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis hasil data kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,005 hal ini menunjukan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak karena hasil signifikansinya 0,005 <0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis teks prosedur menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning berbantuan dengan media aplikasi TikTok pada kelas eksperimen dengan yang tidak menggunakan model pembelajaran tersebut pada kelas kontrol. Kata kunci: Menulis, Teks Prosedur, Project Based Learning, TikTok. ABSTRACT Writing is one of the language skills that has the highest level of difficulty compared to other language skills. This is because writing requires consideration in compiling a sentence that is good and correct and easy to understand by the reader. To get good writing, writing activities must be done many times and use interesting learning methods and media. The researcher applies the Project Based Learning model assisted by the TikTok Tutorial Media in learning to write procedure text. This research was conducted to determine the significant difference from the application of the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by the TikTok application media to the ability to write procedure texts in class VII students of SMP Al-Musyawarah Lembang by giving initial tests to the experimental class and control class. Then, the experimental class was given the treatment of learning to write procedure text with the Project Based Learning model assisted by the TikTok application media and the control class was treated with the lecture method. The data obtained were then analyzed by reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. This study aims to determine the significant difference from the application of the Project Based Learning model assisted by the TikTok application media to the ability of seventh grade students of SMP Al-Musyawarah Lembang in writing procedural texts. The research method used is quasi-experimental. The results showed that there was a significant difference from the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by the TikTok application media to write procedure text. Based on the hypothesis test, the results of the experimental class and control class data, the significance value is 0.005, this shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected because the significance value is 0.005 <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the ability to write procedure texts using the Project Based Learning learning model assisted by the TikTok application media in the experimental class and those who do not use the learning model in the control class.
