Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui efektivitas gaya mengajar
Self-check pada pembelajaran permainan bola voli di SMK 45 Lembang. Metode
penelitian eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa
kelas X Perhotelan 1 di SMK 45 Lembang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah
36 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini desain yang digunakan adalah One Grup Pretest-
Postest Design. Peneliti menggunakan gaya mengajar Self-check dengan Instrumen
Brady Test bola voli Modikfikasi. Pengolahan dan analisis pada penelitian ini
menggunakan bantuan sofware SPSS (Statistikal Product and Service Solution)
versi 25.0 IBM for window dan hasil uji normalitas menunjukan nilai signifikan
pretest passing bawah .920 > .05 dan postest passing bawah .108 > 0,05. Sedangkan
pretest passing atas .205 > .05 dan postest passing atas .060 > .05 menunjukan data
berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya di lakukan uji homogenitas menunjukan nilai
Signifikasi 0.06 > 0.05 yang berdistribusi homogen dan untuk mengukur efektifita
pembelajaran dilakukan uji N-Gain skor dengan mean 69.03 sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan pembelajaran permainan bola voli menggunakan gaya mengajar self-
check cukup efektif.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the self-
check teaching style in learning volleyball games at SMK 45 Lembang.
Experimental research methods. The population used in this study were students of
class X Hospitality 1 at SMK 45 Lembang. The sample in this study amounted to
36 students. In this study, the design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.
The researcher used the self-check teaching style with the Modified Brady Test
Volleyball Instrument. Processing and analysis in this study using the SPSS
(Statistical Product and Service Solution) software version 25.0 IBM for window
and the results of the normality test showed a significant value for the lower passing
pretest .920 > .05 and the lower passing posttest .108 > 0.05. While the upper
passing pretest .205 > .05 and the upper passing posttest .060 > .05 indicates the
data is normally distributed, then the homogeneity test is carried out showing a
significance value of 0.06 > 0.05 which is homogeneously distributed and to
measure the effectiveness of learning, the N-Gain score test is carried out with a
mean 69.03 so that it can be concluded that learning volleyball games using the self-
check teaching style is quite effective.
