Abstract

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) produksi minyak atsiri berbasis SKKNI dibutuhkan untuk keberlangsungan kegiatan teaching factory di SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui kelayakan SOP produksi minyak atsiri limbah kulit lemon berbasis SKKNI pada teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 2) mengetahui keterampilan siswa yang menggunakan lembar kerja produksi minyak atsiri limbah kulit lemon pada teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 3) mengetahui keterampilan siswa yang menggunakan SOP produksi minyak atsiri limbah kulit lemon berbasis SKKNI pada teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 4) mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan keterampilan antara siswa yang menggunakan lembar kerja dengan SOP produksi minyak atsiri limbah kulit lemon berbasis SKKNI pada teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 5) mengetahui hasil produk minyak atsiri yang dihasilkan setelah menerapkan SOP produksi minyak atsiri limbah kulit lemon berbasis SKKNI pada teaching factory SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. Pengembangan produk pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penerapan produk pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental dengan model non-equivalent control group design. Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI APHP SMK N 1 Cibadak sebanyak 36 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, SOP produksi minyak atsiri berbasis SKKNI dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh ahli materi, ahli teaching factory dan peserta didik. Hasil keterampilan siswa sebelum menerapkan SOP sebesar 77 (Baik) dan setelah menerapkan SOP sebesar 91 (Sangat Baik), sehingga adanya perbedaan keterampilan siswa setelah menerapkan SOP pada praktik produksi minyak atsiri. Hasil produk yang dihasilkan setelah menerapkan SOP menghasilkan produk minyak atsiri dengan aroma khas lemon, warna bening kekuningan dan rendemen sebesar 0,5%. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for essential oil production based on SKKNI is needed for the continuity of teaching factory activities at SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. This study aims to 1) determine the feasibility of SOP for lemon peel essential oil production based on SKKNI at the teaching factory of SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 2) knowing the skills of students who use the essential oil production worksheet of lemon peel waste at the teaching factory of SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 3) knowing the skills of students who use the SKKNI-based SOP for essential oil production of lemon peel waste at the teaching factory of SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 4) knowing whether there is a difference in skills between students who use worksheets with the SOP for the production of essential oil lemon peel waste based on SKKNI at the teaching factory of SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak; 5) find out the results of essential oil products produced after applying the SOP for essential oil production of lemon peel waste based on SKKNI at the teaching factory of SMK Negeri 1 Cibadak. Product development in this study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The application of the product in this study uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design model. The sample in this study were 36 students of class XI APHP SMK N 1 Cibadak. Based on the research results, the SKKNI-based essential oil production SOP was declared "Very Appropriate" by material experts, teaching factory experts and students. The result of students' skills before applying the SOP was 77 (Good) and after applying the SOP was 91 (Very Good), so that there are differences in student skills after applying the SOP in the practice of essential oil production. The results of the product after applying the SOP resulted in an essential oil product with a distinctive lemon aroma, yellowish clear color and a yield of 0.5%.
