Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum maksimalnya capaian hasil belajar siswa Kelas X OTKP pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat penerapan self-directed learning dan hasil belajar. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh dari self-directed learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Konstruktivisme dari Jean Piaget. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei eksplanatori. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert dengan ukuran populasi penelitian sebanyak 46 siswa Kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh tingkat pembelajaran self-directed learning berada pada kategori cukup tinggi dan tingkat hasil belajar berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran self-directed learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Bisnis Kelas X OTKP di SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Dengan demikian, bahwa pembelajaran self-directed learning bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Self-directed Learning, Hasil Belajar The problem studied in this study is that the achievement of learning outcomes for Class X OTKP students in Business Economics Subjects at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung is not been maximall. This study aims to describe the level of on self-directed learning and learning outcomes. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the effect of self-directed learning on student learning outcomes. The theory used is the Constructivism Theory of Jean Piaget. The research method uses an explanatory survey. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert Scale model with a total research population of 46 students of Class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple regression. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the level of self-directed learning was in the fairly high category and the level of learning outcomes was in the high enough category. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that self-directed learning has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes on the subject “Ekonomi Bisnis” in Class X OTKP at SMK Pasundan 3 Bandung. Thus, self-directed learning can improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Self-directed Learning, Learning Outcomes
